Katy presented the award for Song of the Year at the ceremony, which was won by SZA for her megahit, Kill Bill.

The R&B singer (born Solána Imani Rowe) won four of the eight trophies she was nominated for on the evening.

The 34-year-old was the ‘triple crown winner’ having simultaneously took home best R&B Song (for Snooze), R&B Album (for SOS), and R&B Artist of the Year.
