Katie Price has unveiled the results of her latest cosmetic procedure as she displayed a huge plaster on her bottom.

The former glamour model, 46, showed off her shrinking appearance in very racy lingerie as she struck a pose for a Sєxy shoot on her staircase.

Katie put on a very busty display in the lace bra and tiny thong while flashing her inked skin.

She displayed her jaw-dropping figure in the pH๏τos and sported a full-face of glam makeup with a dark lip, while styling her brunette locks poker straight as she pouted for the camera.

The plaster on her bottom covered the area where she had filler injected live during a surgery procedure at the Clinic Club on social media earlier in the week. 

During a shocking livestream on Monday, Katie allowed two surgeons to inject 50 needles of filler into her while she remained fully awake.

‘I’m having it done now – putting filler in as we speak,’ she told her stunned followers, while lying down during the top-up procedure – said to enhance the shape and volume of the ʙuттocks.

The treatment came just weeks after her latest BBL surgery, a notoriously risky operation she’s thought to have had three times.

Over the years, the mum-of-five has made headlines for her ever-changing appearance and jaw-dropping surgery bill, believed to top £500,000. 

She has subjected her face and body to countless tweakments, Botox injections, and even reconstruction surgeries. 

As well as the trio of BBLs, Katie’s had 17 boob jobs – including a recent enhancement to reportedly give her ‘Britain’s biggest boobs’ at size 32HH. 

That look didn’t last long, though, as she later downsized to a D cup, admitting the mega implants were too much to handle. 

It comes after Katie left fans stunned with her ‘natural’ appearance in a resurfaced YouTube clip.

In the clip from November 2023, fans were left pleasantly surprised by how ‘natural’ she looked. 

As she is being filmed, the star’s infamous extensions and heavy makeup are no where to be seen and instead she can be seen sporting a shorter choppy long bob and lot less makeup.

Fans took to the comment section to gush over Katie’s ‘fresh’ look. 

They said: ‘Doesn’t she look so much better with the natural look? her hair etc looks like your typical middle aged mum? which is a good thing? keep it up.’

‘You look lovely, Katie, so fresh! I have been your fan since 2004, when I moved to the UK! You’re an amazing mum.’

Despite praise from fans, Katie recently branded herself ‘ugly and disgusting’ as she watched back video footage of herself undergoing plastic surgery in Turkey.

In January, she flew abroad for ‘tweaks’ to her sixth £10,000 facelift and documented the trip for a new YouTube video.

Filming herself reacting to the clips, she looked at herself getting prepared for theatre and mused: ‘I’m so ugly there – that was before my surgery.’

Reflecting on her appearance pre-surgery, she said she looked ‘very skinny and gaunt’ and marvelled at the size of her breasts, revealing she plans to have more surgery on her ᴀssets in the future.

Watching herself signing the consent form she confessed: ‘I’m not not reading, just signing, I want to get in and get surgery done,’ before adding: ‘I actually look really fake and disgusting.’

Despite fan concerns Katie recently insisted she is in ‘a really good place’ after cleaning up her diet.

She explained how eating the wrong foods had left her ‘puffy’ and people got used to seeing her ‘bigger’ over recent years.

Following her weight loss, she has been questioned by fans as to whether she has been taking Ozempic injections or similar, which she has denied on multiple occasions.

Reiterating that she dropped the pounds naturally, Katie said that she simply ‘watches what she eats’ and does more exercise.

Speaking in an interview with The Sun, she explained: ‘I was eating the wrong things. Potatoes pasta, carbs, they just puffed me up and made me fart but I’ve cleaned up my diet a lot and eat better things so now I don’t fart.’
