It’s the hit US reality show that follows the lives of wealthy housewives from Beverly Hills to Orange County and Salt Lake City.
Now the series is coming to London and, after months of casting, promises a very British line-up indeed – with ‘wives’ including a Bake Off contestant and an ex-girlfriend of Andrew Ridgeley.
Earlier this year producers were thrown into chaos after they were unable to secure big-name stars for the highly anticipated show, which has already won legions of British fans for its spin-offs based in Cheshire and Jersey.
The Real Housewives franchise follows the drama-fuelled lives of rich women, capturing their social engagements and personal relationships.
Juliet Angus, 49, perhaps the most famous future housewife, is a celebrity stylist who once supported the Duchess of SusSєx.
She is married to Gregor Angus, the co-founder and CEO of True Royalty TV. The company is behind royal documentaries such as Meghan For President? and Meghan And Harry: The First 100 Days.

When the Duchess of SusSєx first moved to the UK in 2018, Juliet – who is originally from Chicago – wrote on social media that ‘no big designers wanted to loan’ Meghan clothes, but suggested to the duchess: ‘You won’t have that problem any more’.
She is a celebrity stylist and fashion influencer living in Battersea, south London, with their two children.
She starred in an Amazon Prime series, Ladies Of London, in 2014, where she earned a reputation for being ‘messy’ and was known to stir trouble.
Joining her is Ridgeley’s ex-girlfriend, Amanda Cronin, 56, who met the Wham! guitarist at a friend’s dinner party in 2022 and dated him for a year.
She lives in a Belgravia mansion and has started a skincare business, Amanda Caroline.
Its high-end products were developed during the pandemic and are now stocked globally in stores including Saks Fifth Avenue and Fenwick.
She also starred in The Millionairess And Me, which documented her unlikely friendship with Martin Read, a once-homeless film-maker, during which she talked about her £10million jewellery collection and £200,000 chauffeur-driven Bentley.
She boasts of having ‘the longest legs in Belgravia’ and broke up with Ridgeley after a year because claimed he was ‘not relationship material’.
She made a fortune when she divorced First Utility boss Mark Daeche in 2019, estimated to be worth some £40million.

And lesser-known housewife due to star in the show, commissioned by US streamer Hayu, is the Iranian-born Panthea Parker, 50, who is married to a city lawyer and master of the City of London Solicitors’ Company.
She is the ‘devout housewife’ of Ed Parker, a financial lawyer, with whom she has four children.
She has dreams of becoming a politician of an ‘unwoke’ party, if only she had studied more at school.
Indeed, despite not knowing the colour red represents the Labour Party, she boasted that she quizzed Keir Starmer at a drinks party in Parliament about ‘putting school fees up 20 per cent’.
She is close friends with former home secretary Suella Braverman.
Meanwhile, Juliet ‘Juicy’ Mayhew is an award-winning interior designer and Karen Loderick-Peace, 46 – who appeared in both the Jersey and Cheshire series and flies around in private jets – has been described by her previous co-stars as ‘next-level glam’.
