The award-winning soprano, 37, has opened up to MailOnline about what it takes to star alongside the biggest stars in the country and what they are truly like behind closed doors.
From silent dressing room encounters to challenging stage directors mid-performance, Aida has seemingly saw it all when it comes to the nation’s biggest stars.

Hugh played St Clair Bayfield and Aida told MailOnline she had to sit in silence with the star.
She said: ‘Hugh Grant was very focused. We had a moment in the van where we had our make-up done, just me and him and we were not talking.
‘I didn’t want to disturb him because I saw he was so focused. This was his first dramatic role before he was also playing in the rom-coms and this was the first strong and dramatical and he was all the time in in the character.
‘He doesn’t break character. And it was quite interesting to observe it.’
And while actress Meryl may appear to be the stone-hearted dictator on films as she has taken on the roles of Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada and Sister Aloysius in Doubt, Aida has revealed that she is very different in person.
Aida, who confessed that The Iron Lady star is her icon, explained that she was ‘very sweet’ in real life after also meeting her on the set of Florence Foster Jenkins.
Meryl played the protagonist and Aida said: ‘She was very sweet, she is very elegant. She has this beautiful strong charisma and I would say very intelligent, very warm.’
Another huge star Aida had rubbed shoulders with in the industry is Robbie as she joined him to perform Angels for the 2018 World Cup in Moscow.

She told MailOnline: ‘Robbie was great. We rehearsed quickly the day before the performance, and then we found the Angels it was the anniversary was the 20 years since he wrote the song.
‘And he said he never performed it in that kind of style with an opera singer’
‘It was great and he was he was a gentleman’, she added. ‘He was very kind and very sweet to me.’

‘We had a nice interviews the day before the World Cup. And lots of respect from his side.
‘Also, I’ve been listening to Take That and to Robbie Williams since I was at school, he’s a brilliant artist, of course, and he had lots of amazing hit songs.’
Aida then explained that for the performance, Robbie and herself were supposed to sing at other ends of the stage – as requested by their stage director.
But the vocalist felt in tune with the song and felt it would be better to put on a more emotive performance and stand alongside each other and showcased ‘their beautiful energy’ and ‘sing face to face’.
She revealed that the pair then managed to share a ‘beautiful’ moment on stage as Robbie held her hand through out the performance and their joint decision to switch up the plan just before they graced the stage worked.
Aida has also rubbed shoulders with the likes of football legend Ronaldo as they met one another during the World Cup and now follow each other on social media.
And while he may appear to dominate the football field, the talented performer confessed he is actually ‘an open guy’ before dubbing the striker as ‘sweet and kind’.
