Demi Lovato dropped in on Instagram on Thursday to share a set of new ʙικιɴι-clad pH๏τos with her 153 million followers as she has sparked Ozempic rumors with her extreme weight loss.

The 32-year-old former child star modeled a black bandeau and matching high-waisted bottoms, flaunting her newly slimmed down figure. 

Lovato, who’s been engaged to music artist Jutes since December 2023, posed up in a pool overlooking the ocean.

She used a single three-drop water emoji as her caption, quickly racking up thousands of likes.

It comes amid speculation that the ex Disney actress could be using a GLP-1 weight loss drug like Ozempic or Mounjaro.

Under her previous Instagram post, social media users were quick to point out her different look.

‘Ozempic Queen,’ one person with a crown emoji, while another weighed in, ‘Ozempic hitting hard.’

Demi has been open about her struggle with bulimia, and she said on Penn Badgley’s Podcrushed podcast in October: ‘I have a treatment team that I work with that helps me stay in recovery.’

The pop star added, ‘I’m trying to learn body acceptance rather than body positivity, because body positivity feels like I can’t even reach that yet. I have to work on body acceptance, body neutrality, because that feels like a goal I can reach.’

She shared that she has a treatment team including a nutritionist and a therapist who specializes in eating disorders.

‘We come up with tools. We do sessions on body image and they provide me with a ton of insight,’ Lovato explained.

She emphasized, ‘The main thing that I’m working on is just body acceptance, and just looking in the mirror and being like, “This body is strong.” Very basic, elementary affirmations. 

‘But like, “This body saved my life and fought for my life when I overdosed.” “This body is a miracle.” That’s what I have to focus on, because loving my body and having full acceptance over it… it feels too far away right now.’

Last year Demi was announced as Bella Kitchenware’s first brand partner, and she recently appeared on an Instagram Live segment with the brand.

The singer-songwriter talked about her cooking journey as she opened up, ‘Just being in the kitchen has really helped rebuild my relationship with food.’

‘It’s been quite a journey and I’m just grateful to be able to find joy in the kitchen,’ she said about her growth.
