Race Across The World fans all said the same thing about two contestants on the show that have ‘rekindled their relationship’ on the once in a lifetime trip.
This year’s series of the BBC show has seen some interesting dynamics between those taking part.
Yiz and Gaz – who were married for 30 years and are now friends – have certainly been a talking point over the last few weeks.
But others are very intrigued by brothers Brian and Melvyn’s relationship.
While fishing in Puzheheicun, western China, during Wednesday’s instalment of the programme, the siblings opened up about their upbringing.
Brian told the camera: ‘Mum was quite hard work. We weren’t a particularly loving family…

Melvyn (pictured) spoke about how he felt when his brother was sent to boarding school, while he went to a different school
‘We don’t know to this day really why I was sent off to school and Melvyn went to secondary school, and then joined the army.
‘I didn’t feel as though I’m special I’m privileged, the opposite.
‘It was “why was I being sent away?”‘
While fishing, Brian said: ‘I still can’t get my head around to this day, I was never told that you were going to private school, or boarding school.
‘You just went… It was “Your brother is going there” and that’s happening, it just happened.’
To camera, Melyvn said: ‘The way it made me feel, they must be looking at the way I’m turning out and don’t want Brian to turn out how I am and they’ll send him there.’
Trying to control his emotion, he added: ‘I’d like to think we can get rid of the ghosts.’
Then Brian confessed that talking about their upbringing is something that they don’t usually do.
Race Across The World returned to our screens on April 23 – and now Elizabeth and Leтιтia, Fin and Sioned and Caroline and Tom are battling it out for the top spot in the compeтιтion

Many wrote about their interest in their relationship, while others posted how much they love them both as people.
