The Saltburn actor, 32, kept it casual as he opted for a black bomber jacket and red polo shirt with a white collar. 

He matched his jacket with black cargo pants before completing the look with a red NY Yankees baseball cap and black trainers.

Looking stylish, the sighting comes just days after Barry was brutally mocked for his 2025 Met Gala look, with some claiming he looked like he was dressed for the conclave rather than the fashion event.

The Irish star donned a Valentino black suit with dramatic red sash and bejeweled sleeves and collar as he walked the red carpet at the ball in New York City on Monday evening.

But many X users were quick to poke fun at his ensemble, with some comparing it to the Pope’s outfit or something the ‘Karate Kid’ might wear.

Others said it didn’t fit this year’s theme: Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, which is based on Monica L. Miller’s 2009 book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Idenтιтy.

It is meant to pay homage to black dandyism – a style with European roots which started post-Emancipation and came out in full force during the Harlem Renaissance.

‘Bro meant to show up to the conclave instead,’ one user wrote.

Their solo appearances were in stark contrast to the 2024 Met Gala, where they happily posed together amid their budding new romance.

Barry was hit by claims he cheated on the hitmaker after it was reported that the pair had split after a year of dating last year.

However, a source told Us Weekly at the time that the two stars being ‘at different places in their lives’ caused the split.

The insider further divulged that it’s been ‘challenging for their relationship since she started going on tour and has been gone a lot’ and that ‘their schedules were not aligning.’

‘All the time spent apart it was hard to maintain a relationship amid her career exploding,’ they said.

The source added that Sabrina was being ‘pulled in so many directions’ and simply did not have time to ‘commit to a relationship.’

Last month Barry was confirmed as part of the cast for the upcoming Beatles biopic. 

Taking on the role of Ringo Starr the Irishman will join Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison.

All four films — called The Beatles: A Four-Film Cinematic Event — will come out in the same month in April 2028.
