Martin Lewis couldn’t hold back his emotion and fumed ‘it’s ridiculous’ as he ranted about online scammers during a segment on Tuesday’s This Morning.
The money guru, 52, appeared on ITV to chat to hosts Cat Deeley, 48, and Ben Shepherd, 50, and answer some viewer’s money concerns.
And unfortunately there is still an online scam going around using Martin’s face.
Ben said: ‘Now this is a heartbreaking one Martin and I know that you will respond accordingly.
‘But Jay needs some help for her brother, my brother has been scammed.
‘He thought Martin Lewis was dealing with crypto. Over the few months he’s lost £140,00.’

The viewer wanted to know how she could help her brother get out of debt.
As Ben read out what had happened, Martin sighed in disbelief and then after he had finished, took a long pause before replying with: ‘I’m very sorry to hear it.
‘It’s just ridiculous that this is still going on.
‘It is ridiculous that the current government and past government have never had the balls to take on big tech and their scams.
‘They have not properly regulated them, they have not done what they need to do which is to make it more expensive for them to publish these scam ads with huge fines and huge levies against them if they do.’
He continued: ‘Right across the board there are scams everywhere.
‘See any ad with me in, I do not talk about crypto, I do not do advertising, I do not do investing.
‘Please do not touch it.’
