Valerie Bertinelli shocked fans by posing in her scarlet red ʙικιɴι for a collection of unfiltered pH๏τos posted to Instagram on Wednesday.
The 65-year-old Drew Barrymore Show star looked radiant in the tiny two piece which revealed a slender frame.
Fans were quick to compliment the former wife of rock star Eddie Van Halen. ‘You look like a size 2 or less,’ said one as another added, ‘You are beautiful.’
‘Love your atтιтude & confidence!!’ said an enthusiastic admirer. Then there was this: ‘You look fabulous. Always did and always will.’
Valerie did not address her trim shape but rather talked about doing a cold plunge.
‘My pool is 66°,’ began the brunette beauty. ‘Now, for a cold plunge that’s relatively warm. (that’s what they say whoever they are) but along with everything else I’ve been experimenting with, this has helped improve my mood, has reduced inflammation and it’s easier than filling my bath up with ice cubes.’
Pal Tiffani Thiessen of Saved By The Bell fame added, ‘You go girl. Come @plunge with me at my place. Always better to do with others.’
Followers were thrilled to see the TV veteran so happy after she had to endure a particularly nasty breakup with her New York writer beau Mike Goodnough.

This follows on the heels of Bertinelli sharing a flashback lingerie image to Instagram a week ago.
The H๏τ In Cleveland actress was in a black bra with matching underwear as she flashed her tummy. She impressively had abs and a small waistline.
The influencer star also showed off her toned arms while she went makeup free with her dark hair down over her shoulders.
It was a bathroom selfie taken in a New York City H๏τel in December as she held onto a hair of box hair dye before darkening her roots.
She was celebrating becoming a senior citizen.
‘April 23, 1960, 8:00p Wilmington, Delaware, Taurus sun, Aries moon, Scorpio rising,’ she began her caption.
‘Went through it all in the last handful of years and I’m so grateful for the downs as much as I am for all of the ups I am blessed to experience. The light at the end of the tunnel is finally here. I can see it. I feel it.’
She added: ‘I love my family. I love my friends. I love all of you out there supporting me and being a part of our community here. I am one lucky and grateful mofo. XOXO ♥️.’
When she first shared the lingerie pH๏τo in December her caption had her usual brave candor and easygoing sense of humor.

‘At some point I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year,’ she wrote to her followers.
‘But right now every lump, bump, wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a H๏τel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.’
Bertinelli has been busy these days.
She is working with friend Drew Barrymore on her talk show in NYC.
Valerie is also getting over her split from lifestyle writer Goodnough, 53.
They broke up in early November after 10 months of dating. He is 10 years younger than Valerie.

Goodnough once again spoke out about their past relationship—just days after deleting an Instagram post in which he criticized the actress for publicly discussing their breakup.
Although their relationship ended months ago, Goodnough has continued to comment on it via social media.
Earlier this month, he posted on Instagram to say he wasn’t engaging in a ‘war of words’ with his ex, though he also accused her of making ‘hostile, dishonest, and uncalled-for backhanded swipes.’
He later deleted the post and replaced it with a new message reflecting on the breakup, writing that he has ‘cried about it enough’ and is trying to move on.
On Sunday, Goodnough addressed the topic again—this time on Threads—responding to a commenter who suggested Bertinelli had ended things.
‘I ended the relationship,’ he wrote, adding, ‘You tried though. You really tried.’
The comment comes after Goodnough appeared to make a subtle dig at Bertinelli in his April Instagram rant, writing, ‘Unfortunately, over the past two months, Valerie has been prone to lapsing into a place where she has been playing a one-woman tennis match thinking there is someone on the other side of the net.’

He went on to accuse her of misinterpreting his words, adding, ‘When in that place, she reads all of my posts, centers herself in them, takes offense over wholly imagined slights, and then lashes out angrily with a “response” to things that were neither to her or about her.’
The result, he claimed, was a false narrative of an ongoing feud.
‘Among people who follow us both, that behavior has created the impression that we are going back-and-forth. We are not.’
Despite the pointed remarks, Goodnough insisted he still cares for Bertinelli.
Reflecting on their past, he shared a bittersweet memory.
‘Exactly one year ago, Valerie and I were together for the launch of her book. It was one of the most joyful weeks of my life.

In April 2024 she Bertinelli said she ‘can’t just blame’ her ex-husband Tom Vitale for their ‘toxic, horrible marriage’.
The actress acknowledges that Vitale wasn’t entirely responsible for their failed marriage.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Valerie explained: ‘I can’t just blame my ex-husband for a toxic, horrible marriage. It’s not his fault.
‘What led me to that? Oh, childhood! That’s the stuff I got to start working on.
‘I’ve found that when my graтιтude is really placed in even the challenging, hard times, that’s when the growth really happens.’
Valerie explained that she’s still working through her own childhood trauma.
The actress acknowledges that her troubled past continues to influence her life.
Valerie said: ‘The business can really mess with a child’s head. I’m going back to the childhood stuff and working on that.’
