JoJo Siwa’s former Dance Moms mentor Abby Lee Miller hinted that the star was a ‘game player’ ahead of her stint on Celebrity Big Brother.

Dance instructor Abby, 59, worked with JoJo, 21, for around two years after the dancer joined the Lifetime show on season 2 in 2023.

Though Abby was notoriously tough on JoJo, the pair remained on good terms since she left in season 6, with JoJo recently saying Abby was a ‘great human in my life’ who she talks to ‘on a weekly basis.’

However, despite remarking that she’d be ‘great’ on CBB, Abby did admit that JoJo ‘knows how to play the game’ thanks to her reality TV past.

Speaking to Daily Mail, when asked how the star would fare in the house, Abbey said: ‘She’ll be great for the show. I think she’s young. She has the energy. 

‘She’s a little crazy. She’s never, ever, ever afraid to say or do what she wants or what she thinks is great.

Despite remarking that she’d be ‘great’ on CBB , Abby did admit that JoJo ‘knows how to play the game’ thanks to her reality TV past.

‘She believes in herself, and I think people that go on that show have to have that quality. I also think she’s done a lot of reality TV. She knows how to play the game.’

The TV personality also revealed the one object that JoJo would miss the most when asked if there would be a certain aspect she’d struggle with on the show. 

Abby responded: ‘I think the most difficult thing for JoJo is going to not be able to have her phone. 

‘So, I don’t know who’s going to run her social media while she’s in there, but that phone is glued to her hand. And it is just her age too. They Google everything. Everything. They never ask a question. They just ask Google the question. 

‘So, I think that’s going to be difficult for her. That’s going to be her thing, like gnawing at her, “Oh my God, where’s my phone?” That type of thing. Yes.’

Making a reference to Dance Moms while highlighting JoJo’s ambition, she added: ‘But otherwise, I think she’s going to do great. I think she knows what it’s like to be on the bottom of the pyramid and she doesn’t want that. She wants to be on the top.’

Earlier this month, fans jumped to JoJo and Chris Hughes’ defence after their housemates claimed they’re game playing.

During one episode, Ella Rae Wise, Daley Thompson and Trisha Goddard all blasted the pair for ‘not being themselves’ and playing up to their reality TV past.

And once again they found themselves at the centre of drama after JoJo drew out an unknown message on the Love Island hunk’s hand – leading to a rule break.

A fed up Daley said: ‘You know its part of the plan because every time they get a punishment, they get the airtime.’ 

Ella added: ‘I told you they’ve been having secret conversations.’

JoJo officially touched down in Los Angeles on Monday night as she reunited with her mum Jessalynn following her Celebrity Big Brother stint. 

The Karma hitmaker looked in great spirits as she was seen beaming besides her mum as she wheeled her suitcases while wearing a pink beanie hat and shades.

However while the singer couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she made her way through the airport, JoJo later confessed she was left in tears after returning home as she reflected on her ‘amazing’ experience on the ITV reality show. 

Sharing a video compilation of her best bits in the Big Brother house, the star took to Instagram with a very emotional message.

She began: ‘Quite emotional today as I’ve landed back in LA, saying goodbye to the U.K., and one of my favorite things that I’ve ever done in my life.

‘The last 20 days I’ve faced some of the highest highs and lowest lows and it’s so crazy to think that all of them were public, but it’s honestly quite a beautiful thing.’

Chatting with her mum on her Instagram Story she explained the pair were deciding what to have for dinner and her mum had said she could have anything she wanted. 

JoJo said: ‘Genuinely I would give anything right now to have a Shepherd’s Pie, a sausage roll, a cheese and onion pasty.’ 

And the star wasn’t left disappointed as she later shared a picture of the pair’s feast including fish and chips, sausage rolls, Shepherd’s Pie, sprouts and pie and gravy. 

JoJo went on an emotional rollercoaster during her time in the house and even opened up about her Sєxuality, admitting that she now identifies as queer. 

She continued in her Instagram caption: ‘So very grateful for the love and support I received from you while I was in the house. 

‘Being so vulnerable and not know what the world will do or say was scary, but coming out of the house and seeing the absolute outpour of love and support that happened while I was in there was just wild and made me cry with tears of happiness. 

She penned: ‘Special shout to Christopher, Jack, Donna, Chesatron, and Danny… my sweetest fellow finalists, getting to know you all the most, I’m gonna miss the absolute ship out of you’

She wrote in the emotional caption: ‘I’ve learned so much about my self in the Big Brother House and wouldn’t change a thing about the journey’

Paying tribute to her housemates she penned: ‘To my perfectly dysfunctional functional family from inside the house…. Gosh do I love you guys. 

‘Thank you for becoming family, for all the good cooking, all the good chats, every laugh, every dance step, every hug, every cry, everything. 

‘This wouldn’t have been the same with any other people, so happy to have you all in my life forever now.’

‘Special shout to Christopher, Jack, Donna, Chesatron, and Danny… my sweetest fellow finalists, getting to know you all the most, I’m gonna miss the absolute ship out of you.
