Holly Hagan has revealed her ‘biggest regret’ is spending around £30,000 on plastic surgery, which left her ‘botched with thousands of pounds down the drain’.

The Geordie Shore star, 32, has undergone a host of operations over the years including lip fillers, Botox injections, jaw fillers, nose-fillers, a non-surgical bum lift and three boob-jobs.

In fact, she was once so proud of her ‘FF’ breasts operation that she referenced it in her Geordie Shore opening тιтle quote. 

But in a new Instagram, Holly has now revealed that the surgeries, which she thought would be a ‘quick fix’, are her biggest regret. 

The video showed a before and after sH๏τ, with Holly initially videoed in a red Calvin Klein set before showing her incredible body transformation in a brown ʙικιɴι highlighting her toned figure.

Holly shared a before and after snap having learnt that a healthy diet and exercise were the key to maintaining her figure rather than ‘quick fix’ surgeries 

The video’s caption read: ‘My biggest regret in life was getting multiple surgeries because I simply didn’t understand how to change my body with diet and exercise. 

‘I thought it would be a quick fix, but instead left me botched with thousands of pounds down the drain. 

‘It only took ONE person to explain it to me in a way I could understand. Giving me a programme that allowed me to eat chocolate and the foods I love daily and still where I wanted to be. 

‘I didn’t know this was possible. It went against everything I’d ever heard about dieting. And I just love that my job is now helping others understand this too!’

The reality TV star had previously shared snaps showing off her new physique which she achieved through three years of ‘hard work and graft’. 

Impressively, Holly lost more than three stone during that period. 

She revealed she has been on a mission to ‘reduce her BBL naturally’ through ‘heavy resistance’ and aerobic workout sessions. 

The Brazilin ʙuтт Lift, or BBL, surgery involves extracting fat from one area of the body, such as the waist or thigh, and implanting it into the ʙuттocks.

The Geordie Shore she has been on a mission to ‘reduce her BBL naturally’ through ‘heavy resistance’ and aerobic workout sessions.

Earlier this month, Holly updated her Instagram followers with a post reading: ‘I’ve been working so hard to reduce this bbl naturally over the last few years and let’s be honest the bbl is still bbling and probably always will but adding some heavy resistance sessions has helped so much!

‘The fact that I can squat over my body weight, hip thrust big weights and actually feel fit and strong is amazing.’

Holly credited ‘consistency and patience’ for her impressive transformation, after struggling to slim down her posterior due to the BBL she’d had years earlier.

Opening up about the dangers of surgery, the MTV alum admitted she regrets ‘not being educated’ on fitness and now wants to help others through her experience.

Holly welcomed her first child, Alpha-Jax Blyth, with husband Jacob Blyth last June after marrying the footballer in a summer Ibiza wedding six months earlier. 

The couple had first met at the start of 2017, becoming official just a few months later.
