Christine McGuiness is reportedly ‘open to dating men and women’ on the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating. 

The TV personality, 37, will no doubt have viewers invested after her divorce from ex-husband Paddy McGuinness.

The pair split in 2022 after 11 years of marriage but remained living together for the sake of their three children. 

And it has now been claimed by The Sun that is now open to dating women and has been setup with both genders on the show. 

A source told the publication: ‘When she signed up to Celebs Go Dating the production team were told she was open to dating women as well as men.

‘She has filmed scenes for the show already where she spoke with both women and men at a mixer – which is where the celebs mingle with the public who sign up for dates.’

‘Christine met a woman there and she is flying to Ibiza with her next week for more filming.’

MailOnline has contacted Christine’s representatives for a comment. 

And it appears that she’s keen to prove that she has well and truly moved on from the presenter with an appearance on the huge dating show. 

The TV personality has admitted that she hasn’t ‘dated much before’ so this will be a new experience for her.

She said: ‘I’m really excited to be joining the agency, I’m going to have a summer of fun! Who knows what might happen? I’ve not really dated much before, so I feel like I’m doing a crash course! 

‘I’m looking forward to getting to know the other celebs and I’m especially looking forward to the coaching side of things with the agents. I think that’s going to be good for me.’

Another TV source told The Sun: ‘Show bosses are delighted to have snapped up Christine, they think she’ll be great on-screen and appeal to lots of other women in their thirties dating after getting a divorce.

‘Fans will see a new side to Christine too as she opens up about her personal life and films coaching sessions with the show’s dating experts.

‘Christine has been open on social media about how she found spirituality and healing in Ibiza, so she’s thrilled to be working over there.’

The upcoming series, which will air later this year, will follow a group of single stars as they navigate the dating world, supported by experts Anna Williamson, Paul Brunson as well as Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn and Tom Read Wilson.

Filming for the popular show is set to begin in May, with the series hitting screens later this year.

And this year should be just as drama-filled as ever, as a slew of new single stars return for the show’s 14th series, with Christine as the programme’s star signing following her split from Paddy.

The lineup includes a range of famous faces including reality stars and singers, with a big change in store for the contestants as they’ll be jetting off to Ibiza.
