Brooke Burke was looking very toned and tanned when walking on the beach in Malibu this week.
The 52-year-old Dancing With The Stars veteran was smiling as she had on a neon green triangle ʙικιɴι top and matching micro-short briefs.
There was not a spot of fat on the mother-of-four as she looked more muscular than in the past.
This comes just as she revealed to DailyMail.com that she has a method for staying thin.
‘I do H๏τ yoga body sculpting, which is an incredible opportunity to heat up the core, stretch, release toxins, and explore restorative yoga poses,’ said the fiancée of Scott Rigsby.
‘Free movement and positive mantras are pushing through new areas of fitness.’
Brooke also told DailyMail.com what her top three exercises to do every day are. ‘I like to stretch and do booty BURN circuit (twisty kickbacks) as well as child pose push‑ups,’ she shared.

‘My four week booty challenge is timed out to be just 10 minutes a day. It’s a full circle of every move to tone, тιԍнтen, and lift the glutes.’
Burke also said just walking out your front door and going for a stroll is smart as well.
‘Movement is what matters most. And giving yourself the opportunity to get outside, move your body, and escape from your to do list, is meaningful,’ she said.
And she still does biohacking.
‘I am obsessed with biohacking and doing a deep dive into innovative longevity opportunities, and it feels amazing,’ said the star.
Biohacking is also known as ‘human augmentation’ and is a ‘do-it-yourself biology’ that works to enhance health and wellbeing through certain techniques such as meditation and intermittent fasting, according to Healthline.
Earlier this year she talked menopause. ‘At 50, ohhh Menopause dished out another set of challenges,’ added the ex of Dave Charvet of Baywatch fame.
She said she got stubborn belly fat that she works hard to shed.
‘At 51, a Dr. suggested that I get a tummy tuck [I did NOT] At 53, I love my ABs. I love the house. My children were built in. I love the weekly body sculpting commitment.’
Burke then said: ‘I show up differently, I meet myself differently, I speak to myself differently. I am different & I accept “ALL Of Me” Here’s what I’m doing differently deep CORE work.’

And Brooke also talked her diet.
‘Eating more protein, extending my fasting window, cold plunge for extra fat burning, sauna sweat, walking as much as possible, BB Body body sculpting programs, anti-inflammatory diet [most days],’ added the fitness expert who has been on the covers of Maxim and Playboy.
‘Core focused Yoga, strength training in my workout split.’
Burke is a fitness personality, model, author, actress, and businesswoman.
She is known for hosting the E! Network travel show Wild On! (1999–2002), CBS’s Rock Star (2005–2006), and TV Lands’ She’s Got the Look (2010).
After winning the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars, Burke served as co-hostess of the show from season ten to season seventeen (2010–2013).
In 2017, Burke launched Brooke Burke Body, a fitness app with workout videos featuring her.
Since 2023, Brooke has served as the host of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, joining the series in its 10th season

Burke was tapped to serve as the host of the popular E! travel series Wild On! from 1999 to 2002.
In 2005, Burke landed her first primetime network hosting gig on CBS’s Rock Star: INXS (2005) and the subsequent Rock Star: Supernova (2006).
In 2010, Burke became the host of She’s Got the Look on TV Land, a modeling compeтιтion series.
That same year, she was named co-hostess of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, where she remained for seven seasons (2010–2013).
Burke served as the co-host of the Miss America pageant as well.
From 2016 to 2018, Burke hosted and co-produced the Saturday morning show Hidden Heroes.
Her other television credits include hosting the digital series and network show I Dare You on TV Land (2018) as well as a recurring role on Melissa & Joey (2014–2015).
