Celebrity Big Brother fans have spotted a hilarious ‘lookalike’ for Jack P Shepherd after he was filmed in the garden wearing a black and white striped top.

In scenes which aired during Monday’s show, Jack was seen enjoying a cup of tea in the baggy top, black jeans and Birkenstock Boston shoes.

Cameras caught the moment Jack, 37, took a minute to ponder outside alone, however fans immediately compared him to a memorable character.

Viewers joked that the Coronation Street actor looked just like the burglar character who appears on the Sims PC game when houses are broken into.

Jack’s striped top, skinny black trousers and black shoes bore a striking likeness to The Burglar, who appears in The Sims, The Sims 2 and The Sims 3.

She is an is an iconic Sim who sneaks into houses, usually at night when Sims are asleep, to steal household items.

Viewers joked that the Coronation Street actor looked just like the burglar character who appears on the Sims PC game when houses are broken into.

While the character – known as Robin Banks – did not initially appear in the latest edition of the game, The Sims 4, she has since been made available as an update.

After seeing Jack ‘skulking’ around the Big Brother garden, viewers took to X to share their musings about the soap star’s doppelganger.

Sharing a side by side comparison of the two, one person said: ‘The way Jack skulks about the house in his stripy tops reminds me of the burglar on Sims’; ‘Nice to see Jack serving some Sims realness on tonight’s ep’;

‘Jack sneaking about like a burglar from The Sims’; ‘Bit random but I just realised that Jack is like the Burglar from The Sims’; ‘Jack looks like a cartoon burglar’; Jack pondering in the garden is giving the same vibes as cancelling a Sims actions when they walk into a room’.

Another comparison was made to a waiter at Pizza Express, whose uniform is also a black and white striped top.

The following night during Tuesday’s episode, Jack had his fellow housemates in hysterics as he revealed Coronation Street’s Bill Roache still calls him by his screen name despite working together for 25 years.

He regaled his pals on the ITV reality show with tales from Weatherfield, shedding light on his friendship with Bill, who plays Ken Barlow in Corrie.

Relaxing on Donna Preston’s bed and chatting with EastEnders star Patsy Palmer, Chesney Hawkes and Angellica Bell, Jack said: ‘Ken is 93.’

When asked how long his colleague had been on Coronation Street, he added: ’65 years.’

The revelation that actor Bill had starred on the soap for more than six decades, making him the longest-running cast memeber on Corrie, was greeted by general amazement from Jack’s fellow CBB contestants.

‘While I’ve been in here, he could be ᴅᴇᴀᴅ,’ he quipped.

Donna, who was a one-time Coronation Street co-star, replied, ‘Jesus christ Jack,’ while Patsy added, ‘You would find out.’

‘Nooo, why would I find out?’ Jack said.

Singer Chesney responded: ‘You’ve been working with him for 25 years.’

At this point, Jack, who plays David Platt on Coronation Street, dropped a bombshell about his relationship with his fellow cast member.

‘Yeah but that doesn’t matter,’ he said. ‘I’ve known him for 25 years, he still calls me f***ing David.

‘Yeah he calls me David. He sees me in the corridor and I go, “morning Bill”, and he goes “ahhhh David”.’

‘Well he is 93,’ Chesney added agreeably.

This was not entrirely true given Bill is still 92, until he celebrates his big birthday on Friday.

Jack is into the final of this year’s CBB, along with Danny Beard, JoJo Siwa, Chris Hughes, Chesney and Donna.

The former Corrie star revealed last week he was involved in a terrifying near-fatal car accident. 

He said: ‘I had a big car accident on M62. Yeah, just getting onto the slip road at M62, I f**king skidded, spinned, and went through a barrier, and I was hanging over a bridge on the M62.

‘The car was a f**king Italian job.’

He made a full recovery but his fellow house mates appeared very shocked by the car accident revelation.
