After seemingly cutting one of her final ties in the United States, selling one of her final houses, Ellen DeGeneres is sharing a brief glimpse at her new life in the British countryside after leaving her $450 million career behind.

‘3 things that make me happy: My Wife A Rainbow And my wife taking a pH๏τograph of a Rainbow,’ Ellen said in the caption of her post to her 136 million followers.
She has rarely shared a glimpse at herself in recent weeks, populating her social media feed with old clips from her syndicated daily talk show that ended in 2022.
Ellen shared an ad she filmed for her Kind Science brand’s new skin hydration cream last week, though the last glimpse of herself was back in March, when she was on safari somewhere in Africa.
The couple relocated from the exclusive celebrity enclave in Montecito, California to the Cotswolds area of the U.K., reportedly due to the election of Donald Trump.

Just a month later, it was reported that Ellen and Portia may have been considering leaving their £15 million historic farmhouse after it was surrounded by local floodwater.
‘Ellen and Portia have had several issues with the place they initially moved into. First there was the flooding, of course, then there was an issue with some locals complaining about some building work carried out at the property,’ a source told Mail Online.
