Video has surfaced showing Hailey Bieber shepherding husband Justin’s 15-year-old brother Jaxon away from him as the pop star smokes what appears to be marijuana at Coachella. 

A shirtless Justin, 31, was seen in an X video dancing and smoking what looked to be a cannabis joint in the vicinity of his younger brother Jaxon during a performance at the music festival.

Justin – who earlier sparked concern in a different video of him partying at the festival – dances amongst his friends and then moves closer to his brother before Hailey, 28, steps in.  

She gently places both her hands on her brother-in-law’s back and briefly guides him away from the Baby singer. 

Jaxon then walks away on his own as his brother proceeds to dance. 

While it’s unclear what exactly Justin was smoking, in the state of California, where Coachella is held, medical and adult recreational use of marijuana is legal.

Several commenters pointed out Bieber appeared to be smoking a blunt and that he was merely ‘enjoying himself.’ 

Justin has four siblings total; Jaxon is the son of Justin’s father Jeremy Bieber and his former girlfriend Erin Wagner.

It comes two months after a rep for Justin slammed the notion that the singer was using drugs after his appearance sparked concern over his health. 

‘The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,’ his rep told TMZ adding that his client is actually ‘in one of the best places in his life.’

His rep said he is focused on ‘actively parenting his newborn son’ Jack Blues, eight months, with his wife Hailey and working on making new music.

Bieber’s rep also explained that the new dad has endured a ‘very transformative’ past year, in which ‘he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.’ 

As he prioritizes his marriage, fatherhood and creating art he’s pᴀssionate about, the star is said to feel drained by the rumors that he is struggling with his mental and physical health.

His rep told the outlet that the reports are ‘exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.’

Fans were left worried earlier that month after he was seen looking red-eyed with dark circles around his eyes.

Sources told TMZ, however, that his weary appearance was the result of a restless night recording in the studio and ‘caring for his son who was having trouble falling asleep as well.’

Meanwhile, last week, Justin slammed reports via his team claiming he is broke.

Reps for the pop star called the claims ‘clickbait stupidity’ coming from false insiders who are sour over no longer work with the singer.

The statement was in response a Hollywood Reporter article published last week, in which a former employee from Bieber’s team claimed he is millions of dollars in debt after cancelling his Justice World Tour in 2022.

In a statement shared with Us Weekly, Bieber’s inner circle vehemently denied the allegations.

‘This is just clickbait stupidity based on unnamed – and clearly ill-informed – “sources” disappointed that they no longer work with Justin,’ the message read.

Meanwhile, Hailey raised eyebrows in February with a cryptic Instagram post making reference to what could be stormy times in her marital union with the recording artist.
