Taking to Instagram on Friday, the Alias alum revealed she’s committing to run 67 miles in 67 days to raise money for hungry children, using her birthday as a call to action.

‘Happy birthday to me! As I enter a new year, I feel compelled to do something, to put my feet on the ground for kids,’ she wrote alongside a video of herself jogging barefoot on the beach, looking fresh-faced and glowing.

‘It costs $67 to provide six weeks of ready-to-eat therapeutic food (RUTF) to bring one child from acute malnutrition to the chance at a healthy, thriving life,’ she continued. ‘So I am running (not my best or favorite activity) one mile a day, no matter what, for the next 67 days.’

Jen’s fans not only stepped up to support her mission—after she asked them to help donate—but also flooded her comments with birthday wishes and praise for her natural beauty.

‘Happy Birthday Jennifer you’re truly an inspiration to us all. Thank you for all that you do and staying so young looking lol,’ one fan gushed, while another dubbed her an ‘ageless national treasure.’

The bonding sessions come on the heels of DailyMail.com’s bombshell report that Violet has intentionally distanced herself from former stepmom Jennifer Lopez, after allegedly feeling like a ‘pawn’ in the unraveling of Lopez’s marriage to Affleck.

When J.Lo and Affleck quietly split last summer, people were surprised to see Violet still hanging out with the singer—joining her in the Hamptons and even posting about a visit from J.Lo’s sister at Yale.
