Gogglebox alum Amy Tapper looked unrecognisable after losing another six stone.

The TV icon, 25, proudly shared her latest milestone with her Instagram followers on Wednesday, vowing to ‘share more’ of her journey.

Taking to her social media page, Amy posted a clip showing as she weighted herself alongside her personal trainer.

The star looked visibly emotional after realising her achievement, and jumped from the scale to sweetly hug the PT.

Amy struggled to contain her joy, writing: ‘Wow wow wow 6 stone down!! I cannot believe it – I am so proud of myself… I promise I will share more of my journey soon there’s just so much to say I’m figuring out my best way to do it. Here’s to the next stone and more❤️.

‘You are not only my personal trainer but truly a friend and more like a therapist – I couldn’t do any of this without you and your ongoing support, thank you for everything❤️.’

Amy – who joined the beloved ITV show in 2013 – has displayed her impressive weight-loss while regularly documenting her journey on her social media page.

She confidently shared the results of her progress after undergoing a major fitness and health journey.

In a mirror selfie shared in February, Amy posed in the same jumper she wore in 2022 to highlight the difference.

After quitting Gogglebox in 2018, she wrote that she is ‘proud of herself’ and never thought she was going to reach her milestone.

The reality star posted in the caption: ‘Officially 5 stone down and I couldn’t be happier. Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself.

‘Thank you for being by my side throughout it all @tashelite.fitness (swipe for our reaction today)’

Her comment section was flooded with positive words of encouragement. ‘Amazing!!!!!’ wrote one user.

The inspiring snaps come after Amy embarked on a challenge to lose over 3.5 stone.

At the beginning of 2022, Amy said she had ‘kick-started her year’ by losing 33cm from her waist in five weeks.

She often posts videos of herself working out with weights, boxing and going to the gym so her followers can keep up to date with her weight loss journey.

In November 2022, she admitted years of trolling during her five years on the popular Channel 4 show which spurred her on to try an endless cycle of unhealthy fad diets.

The quick fixes meant Amy never managed to maintain her weight loss, and it’s only since she made a ‘positive lifestyle change’ that her health journey has really taken off.

Amy has revealed how she recognised from a young age she had a bigger build in comparison to the rest of her peers, and despite never being bullied, she was always aware of her size.

She was just 13 when she joined her mother Nikki, 51, father Jonathan 56, and brother Josh, 26, on Gogglebox.

The show instantly propelled her into the public eye and the scrutiny of cruel social media trolls.

Amy admitted she would often type her name into Twitter as new episodes of Gogglebox aired, only to see trolls making negative comments about her weight.
