Sporty Spice showcased her incredible physique as she took to Instagram to share a video of her latest exercise regime using the outdoor gym in the Australian beach town. 

The singer, 51, flashed her toned abs as she tucked her baggy vest into her sports bra before completing her look with pale blue sports shorts and white trainers. 

The slogan of the star’s T-shirt read: ‘Never Give Up’, and Mel C certainly showed no signs of not completing her sets as she captioned the clip: ‘Love an outdoor gym’. 

Hanging from the bar, the star performed a series of ab rotations before sets of ᴀssisted press ups and angled bar rows. 

Flaunting her toned biceps and quads, fans went wild for the gym content as they took to the comments with their compliments.

The Spice Girl jetted out to Australia last month ahead of the Melbourne Grand Prix – where she played a DJ set.

Performing at the Don Julio after race party at Marmont in Melbourne, she showed off her toned figure in a black and white crop top that bared her midriff.

Mel had jetted into Sydney Airport with her Australian model boyfriend Chris Dingwall  as she rocked a baggy tracksuit as she strolled through the airport with her beau.

The pair then headed out to the Red Bull garage ahead of the Australian Grand Prix.

The lovebirds confirmed romance rumours by going to Glastonbury festival together in late June.

It’s unclear how they met but it has been speculated that they crossed paths in Australia in May when Mel visited for her tour.

Chris is a 185cm model who is signed with Ford Models and Chadwick and travels the world for glamorous pH๏τoshoots.

As well as modelling, he is also an actor, writer, and director for film and television.

Since going public with their romance, Mel and Chris have enjoyed a summer break in Ibiza together.

They were seen sharing a steamy kiss during a PDA-filled boat ride on the island.
