Louis Tomlinson appeared to be having the time of his life as he jetted off on a boozy lads’ getaway to Coachella.

The singer, 33, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a gallery of pictures from their fun-filled antics at the popular music festival in Indio, California.

In one sH๏τ, Louis cut a casual figure in a black T-shirt and printed shorts, which he styled with white trainers and he milled amongst the crowds.

Louis held a cigarette in one hand and shielded his eyes with a pair of dark sunglᴀsses as he posed alongside his three friends.

Another pH๏τograph showed Louis holding a drink in one hand as he flashed a rude hand gesture at the camera while partying at the festival.

Other pictures showed Louis and his friends partying the nights away and enjoying the music at the event as they appeared to have a great time.

He also shared a snap of their heavily burnt and charred pizza as he appeared to have an amusing culinary failure during the trip.

His new girlfriend Zara McDermott didn’t feature in any of the pictures and it is not known if she joined him at Coachella after jetting to the US with him.

But the former Love Island star did show her approval as she gave the post a subtle ‘like’ on Instagram.

The couple went public with their romance earlier this week as they headed on a lunch date at Soho Beach House in Malibu on Tuesday.

They had kept their relationship under wraps for weeks after rumours first began swirling that they were dating last month. 

Louis divides his time between the UK and the States – where his son Freddy, eight, resides – and Zara joined him in Los Angeles before his Coachella trip.

Their relationship was first detected by sleuth-like One Direction fans who noticed Louis had followed Zara on Instagram and liked a string of her pictures.

Weeks later, they then fuelled speculation when a fellow diner at The Suffolk in Aldeburgh spotted the couple on a date in March.

They then inadvertently revealed they had travelled to the States together when they both took to their social media while watching Stereophonics at The Wiltern theatre.

The new couple shared videos from the same area in the theatre just minutes apart, with Zara tagging the LA venue and band.

Their relationship already appears to be getting off to a strong start as the singer has reportedly introduced Zara to his family after enjoying a handful of dates together.

A friend claimed that ‘wholesome and health-conscious’ Zara had left the family pleased Louis that found a girl who isn’t into partying. 

Zara already got the seal of approval from Louis’ sisters – Lottie and twins Phoebe – who all follow the reality TV star on Instagram.

Louis’ last known romantic dalliance was with model Sofie Nyvang after the pair were spotted holding hands in February 2023.

He also shares a son Freddie with his ex Briana Jungwirth.
