Demi Moore has finally revealed how she really felt about losing the best actress Oscar to Mikey Madison last month.

‘The physical, human part that has ego, of course, has disappointment,’ the 62-year-old Brat Packer admitted to TIME on Wednesday.

‘It certainly would have been wonderful to have won.’

However, Demi claimed she predicted the 26-year-old Anora starlet’s win as she leaned over and whispered to her manager Jason Weinberg during the commercial: ‘I think it’s going to Mikey.’

During the ABC telecast, Moore (born Guynes) could be seen saying something to Weinberg right after Mikey’s (born Mikaela Rosenberg) name was called by Emma Stone.

‘I don’t know why I knew, but I did,’ the Landman actress marveled.

‘I was so centered and calm. I didn’t feel gutted. I didn’t feel any of those kinds of things. I just trusted, and am in trust of, whatever is going to unfold.’

The very next morning, Demi – who boasts 15.5M social media followers – wrote on Instagram that she was ‘overwhelmed with graтιтude for this journey’ and congratulated Madison: ‘Can’t wait to see what you do next!’

Moore won both the Golden Globe Award and the SAG Award for her performance as aging workout guru Elisabeth Sparkle in Coralie Fargeat’s critically-acclaimed body horror film The Substance.

The New Mexico-born grandmother also crowded her mantel with prizes from Critics Choice Awards, BAFTAs, Hamptons Film Festival, Savannah Film Festival, Cinémathèque française, SFFILM, Kansas City Film Critics Circle, Women Film Critics Circle, Satellite Awards, Saturn Awards, AARP Movies for Grownups Awards, Dorian Awards, and Irish Film & Television Academy Awards.

Demi will be spending ‘the next few months’ in Texas reprising her role as Jon Hamm’s onscreen wife Cami Miller in the second season of Taylor Sheridan’s oil rig drama Landman.

The Paramount+ small-screen adaptation of Christian Wallace’s 2019 Boomtown podcast also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Ali Larter, Andy Garcia, and Michael Peña.

Last November, Moore filmed her role as ‘cutthroat fashion maven’ in Boots Riley’s sci-fi shoplifting comedy I Love Boosters alongside LaKeith Stanfield, Will Poulter, Keke Palmer, Eiza González, Naomi Ackie, and Taylour Paige.

And the Emmy-nominated producer dreams of starring in an ‘irreverent, slightly absurd’ action film with her celeb gal pals Michelle Yeoh, Cynthia Erivo, and Gwendoline Christie.

As for the homeschooled Zoomer, aside from hosting the March 29th episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, she has not announced any new projects, in fact, she’s turning down projects.
