Vicky Pattison proudly posed in a stylish green ʙικιɴι as she shared a candid message about body positivity on Instagram on Wednesday.
The TV personality, 37, posted a series of snaps showing how her body looks over the course of 24 hours – reminding her followers (and herself) that you don’t have to be a certain size to be happy, and that it’s completely natural for bodies to change.
Sharing several stunning snaps of herself living her best life on holiday, Vicky captioned the post: ‘Same body, same ʙικιɴι, same girl ✨
‘Our body is our home. And over the years it’s super natural that it’s going to change & move. God, over the course of 24hrs how my body looks totally changes- & that is ok! It’s about time we showed every iteration of our bodies some love & respect.
She continued: ‘But I know as well as most that can be difficult. Growing up in the 90’s & 2000’s the noise around women’s bodies felt deafening & the message was clear, to be successful, beautiful or considered desirable you HAD to be skinny.
‘Maybe I’m being hyperbolic, but that’s how it felt to me. This was the generation of The Special K diet…

‘But with the super skinny movement gaining pace again & body positivity & confidence becoming just that little bit quieter… I just thought I’d remind myself & anyone who needs to hear it, you don’t have to be a certain size to be happy,
‘You don’t have to look a certain way to be successful & absolutely everyone has bloody cellulite (laughing emoji)
‘I wasn’t more happy in any single one of these pictures- (although I think if I’m really honest, maybe I was quite happy with my cocktail & burger (laughing emoji),
‘Ercan didn’t love me any more in any single one of these pictures & I wasn’t more successful in any single of these pictures. I was the same in every one.
‘As women, we have so much more to offer than just a number on a scale or a body in a ʙικιɴι. Teach our younger generations to want to be more than ‘pretty’- teach them to be compᴀssionate, brave, strong, smart.
‘And above all else teach them to be kind to themselves. I think of all the years I wasted being so unkind to myself, punishing myself because I didn’t look a certain way.’
She concluded: ‘Not ordering what I wanted on a menu, just being hungry in general… all seems like such a waste now, when I could just have been having a good time.. & maybe a cocktail and a burger.’
It comes after Vicky set pulses racing in a busty leopard-print ʙικιɴι last week as she jetted off to the Caribbean for a sun-soaked getaway with her husband Ercan Ramadan.

The TV personality married Ercan, 31, at London’s Marylebone Town Hall in August last year before they continued their celebrations in October with a big Italian party in Puglia.
And now, the couple are making the most of married life as they’ve flown out to the luxury five-star H๏τel Sandals in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines together for a holiday.
Vicky made sure to soak up the rays as she showcased her incredible figure in the skimpy two-piece set while relaxing on a sun lounger.
She accessorised with a chunky gold chain necklace and matching bracelet, before completing her beach day look with a stylish pair of shades.
The reality TV icon wore her dark tresses in loose beachy waves and opted for no makeup to flaunt her natural beauty.
It comes just after Vicky revealed why her husband Ercan was an ‘unlikely choice’ as she discussed their future plans for children.

Speaking in an interview last month, Vicky explained how her husband is ‘very different’ from all the ‘alpha male’ types she has dated in the past.
She told OK! Magazine: ‘I tried relationships with those people, but I’ve realised, the loudest person in the room is often the most insecure. I was left with heartache every time.
‘We love each other for our differences. He’s making me more patient, calm and thoughtful. I like to think I’m making him more ambitious and proactive.’
In 2023, the couple bravely shared candid updates about their egg-freezing journey after spending £7,000 on the procedure.
Joking that she would like to ‘get one in before 40,’ she discussed their plans to have children in the future.
‘Everyone thought we’d try for kids quite quickly – so did we! But we’re going to enjoy being married, for at least a year. I’d love a honeymoon first!,’ she explained.
After five years of dating, the couple committed to each other in front of family and close friends including Strictly star Pete Wicks, who took on the role of Vicky’s flower girl.

Following a stressful year of planning her big day, Vicky said finally putting on her stunning designer gowns made all her anxieties disappear.
And she was relieved by Ercan’s ‘perfect’ response to seeing her in her main dress, a Leah Da Gloria gown from luxury bridal store The Wedding Club.
Vicky told MailOnline: ‘I don’t want to spoil the show but I was really hoping Ercan would cry when he saw me in my main dress, the Leah de Gloria, from The Wedding Club…
‘He’s not the most emotional of fellas and I felt like that would have been a huge win for me. In the end, his reaction was perfect.’
