After viewing the clip, but not examining or treating Bieber in person, experts told DailyMail.com that they were concerned the singer appeared ‘physically and emotionally drained’. 

Jonathan Alpert, a psycH๏τherapist in Manhattan, said: ‘From what we see in the video, Justin Bieber appears disheveled, fatigued and possibly unwell.’

‘People are naturally concerned.’
