Bjork showed off her eccentric sense of style as she arrived at the Triennale Museum to DJ at an event in Milan on Wednesday.

The singer, 59, made sure all eyes were on her as she sported a garment made out of multi-coloured feathered bags. 

The pouches were draped over the Icelandic star from collar to toe and she also wore a silver metallic jacket and dark trousers. 

The hitmaker also wore a pair of futuristic sunglᴀsses and added height to her frame with gold ankle boots.

Letting her brunette locks fall loose down her shoulders, she completed her look with dark lipstick.  

Bjork’s name has become synonymous with quirky fashion looks. One of her most memorable looks was a swan dress which she wore to the 2001 Academy Awards, which had the bird’s neck wound around her own.

On another occasions she has attended events with her face covered in, diamantes, pom poms and many other style of mask. 

The legendary musician recently reflected on more than 40 years in the public eye and her most iconic fashion moments.

She has been a voice for climate change for more than 30 years in her native land, because she ‘knows she can make a change’.

She told the Guardian in December last year: ‘Always in Iceland, where I know it can actually make a change – which later maybe could be an exemplary case [internationally].

‘We have the largest untouched natural area in Europe and a lot of us feel like guardians of this, you know, the way that you guys are guardians of whatever… ‘ she laughs. ‘Brexit, maybe?’

Björk shares her daughter with ex Matthew Barney, who she parted ways with in 2013, following 13 years together.

In recent years, since her split from Matthew, Björk has lived pretty much full-time near Reykjavik, where she was witnessed a huge surge in tourism.

The singer has alluded to him running off with another woman in her 2015 heartbreak album, Vulnicura.

After the couple’s split, Isadora spent the autumn semester in her mother’s native Reykjavik and attended high School in New York’s Brooklyn Heights in spring. 

She also had a personal tutor, who accompanied her in Europe and the US.

In an interview with Pitchfork, published in January 2015, Björk said her split with Matthew was ‘the most painful thing’ she had ever experienced.

She is also the mother of Sindri Eldon Þórsson, 33, from her brief marriage to musician Þór Eldon.
