Emma Roberts oozed sophistication as she donned a ruched black leather for Milan Design Week. 

The American Horror Story actress, 34, stepped out in the Italian city on Tuesday looking effortlessly chic in a leather number. 

Emma’s gown exposed her shoulder on one side and featured ruching all the way down as it hugged her figure. 

She paired the look with black leather slingback stilettos and carried a small black and gold metal handbag. 

Emma has been channelling her superstar aunt Julia Roberts with a new hairdo, after swapping her blonde locks for red tresses.

And for her Milan appearance, Emma swept her red hair into a slicked up-do and completed the striking ensemble with a bright red lipstick and chunky gold hoop earrings.

Hairstylist Nikki Lee told People that Emma ‘needed to go red for an upcoming acting role’.

Of her work, Nikki gushed: ‘We love this look on Emma — it’s giving a very modern take on Julia Roberts hair in the nineties.’

It comes hours after she met her fans and signed autographs in Milan, Italy, during Design Week on Monday evening.

Emma sported a short beaded shift-style top that featured an intricate floral design, teamed with a matching mini skirt.

With her red hair styled in subtle waves, she couldn’t help but smile as she met the many fans who had turned up to see her.

The look was brought together with subtle dark eye makeup, a black high heel to boost her peтιтe frame and a stick of red lipstick.

Emma’s appearance comes H๏τ on the heels of her filming a campaign for KIKO Milano in the streets of the Italian city.

Clearly proud of the skincare products she was promoting, Emma, who had blonde hair in the campaign, later described the experience of filming in Milan as ‘magic’.

The actress’s engagement ring could also notably be seen in the snaps.  

Emma announced her engagement to her long-term boyfriend Cody John in July of last year after the pair made their relationship public in August 2022. 

The star previously said that she prefers to keep her relationships out of the public eye.

She told Cosmopolitan: ‘I never want to talk about relationships I’m in or that are ending or have ended. 

‘It’s hard enough to be with someone by yourself, let alone with an audience.’

A huge fashion fan, Emma was also in Milan for Milan Fashion Week back in 2023 when she discussed the importance of having her own signature style.
