The actor, 72, showed off his taut complexion as he made his arrival during the ITV show’s live launch, immediately making headlines as host AJ Odudu told him to ‘stop looking at her.’

Mickey has previously spoken about plastic surgery he’d had in the past, mainly for facial restructuring due to injuries from boxing.

And as Mickey entered the house, sporting a new wig, some fans were quick to compare him to another Hollywood star, Johnny Depp.

In the past Mickey has been open about his changing face throughout the years, claiming to have undergone plastic surgery predominantly for facial restructuring due to injuries from boxing.

He told DailyMail.com in 2009: ‘Most of it was to mend the mess of my face after the boxing. I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together.’

Mickey continued: ‘I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone.

‘I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose and a couple of operations to scrape out the cartilage because the scar tissue wasn’t healing properly,’ calling it one of the most ‘painful operations’ he’s had.

He has notoriously battled addiction – both drugs and alcohol – in the past and has taken blame for his own career decline over the years.

Mickey has also opened up about his regret over taking steroids and eating huge meals six times a day to gain weight for his role in 2008 movie, The Wrestler.

The Oscar nominee was the 13th and final housemate to enter the CBB house in Monday’s launch show.

Mickey took a long stroll to get onto the stage for his entrance, before joining the ITV show’s hosts AJ and Will Best on stage. 

But his behaviour towards AJ sparked outrage, after he grabbed onto her before staring her up and down intensely, prompting the host to shout: ‘Stop looking at me.’

Mentioning the inappropriate moment on spin-off show Late and Live, comedian Alan said to AJ: ‘Can we talk about Mickey Rourke looking at you? Wow his eyes. 

‘Find someone who looks at you the way Mickey looks at you [AJ]. His tongue was hanging out.’

AJ quipped back: ‘It literally was. I was like “You can’t afford these feathers Mickey, no!”‘

Viewers were equally horrified by the display, as they took to X, formerly Twitter, to say: ‘Scared for all the women in that house now with how Mickey was with AJ on live television mind you,’;

‘I needed a scandal this season and i believe mickey rourke will provide it,’; ‘Oh dear. Not a fan of Mickey already after that entrance,’;

Mickey was the final housemate to enter on Monday, and he admitted he doesn’t take orders well in his VT.

He then joined a conga line with the other housemates after taking a while to actually enter the house before AJ guided him to the door in chaotic scenes.

Mickey was first to head into the prize room and viewers will have to wait and see what happens next on Tuesday’s show.
