Davina McCall has said if she could go back and do her life over again, one of the things she would stop is ‘frying herself in the sun’ and use SPF.
The TV presenter, 57, also gave a fresh health update on how she is doing now after having a brain tumour removed in November.
Speaking to The Mail last night at a Garnier event, a brand which Davina is an ambᴀssador for, she said: ‘Everything right now is really good.
‘I am just so grateful, that’s all I am. I’ve got a load of vitamin G.
‘I feel enormously grateful to even be here.
‘One of my greatest regrets is that I used to fry myself in the sun.

‘When I was younger, I would use cooking oil and if I was burnt, I’d think “oh great”.
‘So I really am now trying to take more care and wear SPF every day.
‘I do mole marking now too. I am so aware of my skin health.’

The tumour was picked up at a private clinic after she was offered a health check after taking part in a talk about menopause.
Now months after her successful operation to remove the growth, Davina revealed she has just got back from a holiday with her eldest daughter Holly, who lives in Manchester.
‘For obvious reasons recently I haven’t been able to go away. Since at least last summer.
‘Four sleeps away and all we did was relax, laugh, cry and spend quality time together.

During her latest podcast episode, Making the Cut, Davina made it very clear whether she would say yes and tie the knot.
She said: ‘We’re not getting married by the way, anyone who is thinking about this, we are not getting married but, if you are getting married, an amazing thing to have on top of your cake.’
