Charlotte Crosby broke down in tears on Instagram as she candidly opened up about struggling with health problems and juggling two children on Tuesday.

The reality star, 34, welcomed her second child Pixie in January and also shares daughter Alba, two, with fiancé Jake Ankers.

Charlotte couldn’t hold back her tears as she told her 8.7million followers that ‘not everything is always perfect’. 

She revealed that she has been having back problems and has been struggling to hear out of her ear as she headed to a number of medical appointments. 

Her day wasn’t so smooth sailing as her baby girl had ‘thrown up all over herself’ making her late as she headed back inside her home to clean her up. 

Charlotte said: ‘Oh god, I’m just having a little cry and I just thought I’d come on here to show ya that not everything is always perfect.

‘This is so stupid, I’ve got a back appointment that I was going to try and make because it is killing and I have loads of appointments to go to so my back and then my ear because I feel like I can’t hear properly. 

‘Then I’ve got to go to work all day and honestly I was bossing it about to leave and then I literally was making good time and was going to be on time for once and then I looked into the car seat and Pixi had thrown up all over herself. 

‘It’s all in her hair still so I ran back in quickly to do a change and Alba is still sitting in the car waiting for us. It’s meant to Alba’s day off today but I’m just dragging her around with me and I just broke into tears.’

Charlotte revealed she thinks she was crying due to ‘stress’ and that she has been trying to ‘do her best’ looking after her daughters while business owner Jake is away working.  

She continued: ‘I think it’s the stress, I think it’s stress of trying to do this big pH๏τo shoot tomorrow and I want it to go well but I’m also trying to do the best I can with Alba and Pixie as well. It’s hard to do everything. 

‘I’m by myself a lot because Jake is away working all the time and now I’ve just flung all the sick clothes on the floor. I’m in the car now’.

It comes after Charlotte recently hit back at mum-shamers after being trolled for her parenting.

Despite only giving birth just weeks ago, the new mum has already been subject to mum-shaming, after sharing a snap of the tot with a side sleeping pillow – which led to her deleting the post.

Speaking to MailOnline about her brand new TV show Charlotte’s Having Another Baby, Charlotte said of the situation: ‘Just everyone freaked out again. Everyone freaked out.

‘Everyone needs to calm down, if everyone was a little bit more calm like me, they would have chilled babies. There is just a lot of people who like hype fixating and are really big panickers. It pᴀsses to your child. 

‘You don’t realise it, but all this anxiety that you’re having… all this panicking, it pᴀsses to your child. Your child feeds off your energy. I’ve got calm laid back energy. I’m not about to judge anyone. 

‘I’m not about to freak out. I’m not about to be worried about everything that they’re doing, I just go with it.’ 

Taking to Instagram Charlotte previously said: ‘Sorry guys had to delete that. A LOT OF ANGRY PPL IN MY DMS.” 

‘I had no problems and no worries with that product. Used with Alba and Pixi. But you know how sensitive ppl get. Normal service to resume…. Hopefully this next post [isn’t offending] anyone [sic].’

Charlotte noted how another thing that people are very judgmental about is breastfeeding.

She said: ‘I just really don’t understand why people care what other people are doing.

‘Like, I literally would not judge anyone for their choices and how they raise their child, unless they were doing something really harmful.  

‘I feel like it’s really I think it’s really sad. Like some of my friends breastfeed, some of them don’t.

‘I don’t go “Oh that’s really bad”.  Like, I just don’t do that. It’s their choice.’

She added: ‘I don’t breastfeed. I wasn’t breastfed myself, and I’m fine, aren’t I? Have I had something really detrimental happen in my life, no?’

Charlotte hasn’t ruled out adding to her brood further and is open-minded about another pregnancy.

She said: ‘I haven’t wrote it off, honestly, I haven’t wrote it off.’ 

And when asked about a potential timeline, she added: ‘No, it won’t happen anytime soon.  I want to have some fun and not be pregnant!’
