Rebecca Loos sent a message to Vicoria Beckham during her bombshell interview with 60 Minutes Australia on Sunday night.

The former PA to David Beckham spoke out again on her alleged 2003 affair with the former footballer, explaining she will ‘always’ defend herself against ‘smears’.

Rebecca has claimed for 20 years that she had a four month affair with David, who has been married to Victoria since 1999. David has denied the claims. 

She said in the new interview that she will continue to speak out because she wants David ‘to feel pain too’ over the scandal, but has been left frustrated that any ‘blame’ has been directed at her and Victoria.   

‘There were horrible stories about me, there were horrible stories about this wife Victoria. There were never horrible stories about him’,’ she said.  

‘He was Golden Balls. He was the man. Pat him on the back; good for you. Nothing changed in his life, but it was all Victoria’s fault, my fault. All the blame was on us.’

Rebecca said that she will continue to speak out because she wants David ‘to feel pain’ over the scandal, but has been left frustrated that any ‘blame’ has been directed at her and Victoria

Rebecca told 60 Minutes Australia that she first spoke out publicly in 2004 because she ‘always had the opinion [that] it’s better that it comes from me and I have some sort of control.’

‘Also, by doing that, it was a way of me, sort of, not getting back at him but … the way he treated me was very unfair, what he was getting away with, and that two-faced life. I know how much his image means to him. I want him to feel some pain too, I guess.’

David has denied Rebecca’s affair allegations but in his 2023 Netflix documentary he and Victoria opened up about the scandal that almost broke their marriage.

Victoria said the months afterwards were the ‘hardest’ of her life and that she no longer felt like the couple ‘had each other’ – while David admitted he still doesn’t know how they got through the 2003 crisis, but he and his former Spice Girl wife knew they had to ‘fight for their family’.

The England star admitted they felt like they were ‘drowning’ as their high-profile marriage dominated headlines – and said he ‘felt physically sick every day’.

Rebecca explained that she never expected David to talk about the scandal in his docuseries and was left shocked that her name was back in the spotlight.

‘I was in … oblivion, when suddenly my phone started calling. First I was, like, “What has he said?” because he never really ever accepted anything publicly.’

She added that she has always been angry and frustrated that David hasn’t spoken directly on the affair claims.

‘I thought he would have come forward with a statement or something and just apologised. I think the fact he referred to my claims as ludicrous … it just pi**ed me off even more,’ she explained. 

‘It makes you want to stand up for yourself and it makes you want to keep coming forward.’

‘It’s a big part of my life, a big part of my journey. And if somebody tries to bring me down and smear me, I’m gonna have to stand up for myself. I think I always will.’ 

Over the years, Rebecca has discussed the alleged affair in numerous media interviews and TV appearances, but the claims were never corroborated and were denied by the former footballer.

Now, 20 years on, Rebecca keeps a vastly different lifestyle with her husband Sven Christjar Skaiaa than she did in her 20s.

She met Sven while he was working behind the scenes as a medic on 71 Degrees North in 2008. The pair married in a small ceremony in 2012 before moving to Hemsedal, Norway in the mountains to start a new life.

Now, 20 years on, Rebecca keeps a vastly different lifestyle with her husband Sven Christjar Skaiaa than she did in her 20s. 

Rebecca said of the alleged affair: ‘It’s a big part of my life, a big part of my journey. And if somebody tries to bring me down and smear me, I’m gonna have to stand up for myself’

The couple now have two sons Magnus, 15 and Liam, 12.

The couple’s tiny hamlet is so remote that it is a three-hour drive from the nearest airport and a two-hour drive to the nearest hospital.

Between hikes and an extended bike ride, Rebecca told MailOnline how she has embraced domestic bliss: ‘I love my home, keeping it clean, cooking for my boys, packing the lunchboxes – that is my territory.

‘If my husband dares to interfere I’m like, “hands off!” The lawn, snow-ploughing and barn is all his.’

‘I was never going to be one of those women who put their career on hold, who put their hand out to their husband, to ask permission. I used to think that was the worst.

‘All that has changed. I feel like I’ve grown up. Now we are a team.’
