Alison Hammond was missing from This Morning AGAIN on Friday with no explanation, ruffling viewers’ feathers for the second time this month.

Cat said: ‘Dermot and Josie are going to be here on the show tomorrow, they’ll see you at 10am tomorrow morning.’
While Ben followed with, ‘See you next week, bye bye.’

The star is revered for her ability to warm up anyone, including infamously cool interviewee Harrison Ford, who was left in sтιтches after meeting her.
A more recent memorable moment on the show saw Alison in tears as the This Morning crew ambushed her at home last month for a birthday surprise.

‘I’m on the fifth floor and it’s alright up here, isn’t it Ben!’
Ben said: ‘Al, you got to embrace it, it’s a new decade, a new outlook, things shift but you still got that gorgeous smile and that energy, which is magic.’
She was then told by Cat and Ben that she had to put a blindfold on and wait for her present.
They also played a montage of video clips including messages from the likes of Rylan Clark, Ryan Reynolds and Rick Astley.
Alison confessed: ‘I’m emotional guys, I’m emotional.’
Cat explained to viewers: ‘Alison has no idea that the boys from the West End hit show… Magic Mike…

‘Look there they all are, right around the corner… That was them there, getting out of the mini bus, Alison doesn’t have a clue that they’re there.’
Alison was over the moon with her present, but was very aware of what the people next door to her might think.
As she cheered the guys on, she joked: ‘It’s not that sort of neighborhood!’
