A Love Island star has gone under the knife and revealed the results of her new nose job surgery to correct her filler, which she admitted was ‘the worst thing she ever did’.

Tanyel Revan, 28, who starred on the winter series of the ITV show in 2023, took to Instagram to reveal the outcome with her 265,000 followers.

She posted a clip lipsyncing to Ariana Grande’s song 7 Rings, mouthing the lyrics: ‘I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it.’

The reality TV personality first filmed herself bandaged up immediately after the surgery, before removing it and excitedly pointing at her new nose.

In her caption, she quipped: ‘New nose new me’ and tagged the clinic she used, which is based in Turkey.

She first opened up on why she was getting the procedure done during an episode of her podcast I’m Right, He’s Ron, which she hosts with fellow Love Islander Ron Hall.

Tanyel revealed: ‘I don’t wanna say it’s exciting but I’m gonna get surgery. So I am flying tonight guys and I’m really, really… I would say I’m nervous but I’m not.

‘I’m gonna come back looking like a bad b****. I can’t wait, I f****** can’t wait. I am nervous in case it doesn’t go well because it’s something I don’t need.

‘Basically, I’m going to go and have a closed rhino, which is a nose job, but it’s closed rather than the normal rhinoplasty where they cut you open.’

She went on to explain: ‘I don’t actually hate my nose, I love my nose so for a while I’ve been wanting to get my nose done for different reasons. 

‘My reasons for making this decision was because basically, a couple years ago, I got nose filler. And I can’t lie, it was the worst thing I ever did. So it wasn’t whoever I went to.’

‘They were great, they done a great job. I actually was completely happy with it when I first done it, and it was just lovely.

‘So if anyone watched my episode of Love Island, you will see that my nose was slightly more pointy.

‘And it was lovely at the time, and then, I’m not kidding you, not like five, six months later, for some reason, the filler just started to spread and go wide and wide.’

Tanyel insisted: ‘And I swear to you, I have like a wider bit here now, never had that. I started to notice my nose was not like this.

Speaking of the filler, she said: ‘It was lovely at the time, and then, I’m not kidding you, not like five, six months later, for some reason, the filler just started to spread and go wide and wide’

‘Even my natural nose wasn’t like that, it just started to spread. I dissolved it a couple of times  and it has not gone.

‘It got wider and wider and flatter and flatter and it really bothered me. I really wish I never touched it. 

‘I want to be open and honest for people not to mess up an dget nose filler. It just doesn’t stay in that position the way it does in your lips.’ 

In 2023, Tanyel got engaged to her property developer beau Ediz following a romantic yacht proposal. 

The reality star said yes to her handsome partner after he got down on one knee during a romantic trip to Turkey.

It came just 10 months after she starred on the 2023 winter series of Love Island in South Africa where she failed to find love.

But shortly after leaving the villa she met Ediz and they have gone from strength to strength since.

She looked beautiful for the proposal boat ride in a sheer white lace dress that showed off her figure as she showed off her dazzling ring and huge bouquet of white roses.

Tanyel told The Sun of getting engaged: ‘It was crazy. I feel like this is the quickest that anyone has gotten engaged after Love Island. It’s very mad, but it’s really exciting.

‘Obviously I said yes. I was really excited. I couldn’t believe it. I was so excited. My ring is yellow gold. It’s exactly how I wanted it. The clarity is so good, it’s amazing.’

She continued: ‘I am over the moon. I feel like it’s natural. I felt it was coming, I knew it was time for it to come. When you know you know. There’s no way I could’ve been with anyone else.’

Tanyel and Ediz first got together when she was 20 but they drifted apart but then reconnected once she left Love Island.

She first teased she was in a new relationship in March during the reunion show where she told how she was dating someone.

Since leaving the villa, Tanyel has returned to normal life and work at her hair salon in North London.

While on Love Island Tanyel was paired with Kai Fagan briefly before he ended up winning with show with his partner Sanam Harrinanan.
