Daisy May Cooper flashed her glitzy engagement ring for the first time during a loved-up outing with her boyfriend Anthony Huggins.

The actress, 38, was hit by speculation that she had secretly gotten engaged to Anthony last month after welcoming their first child together – a son Benji – in June.

Now, Daisy has seemingly confirmed the reports as she flashed a glitzy engagement ring whilst out on a date with Anthony, 46, in York on Monday.

The comedian proudly debuted her diamond bling, thought to be worth around £10,000, as she stepped out from the Everyman Theatre.

Daisy wore the ring on her wedding ringer, underneath where she got the name of her ex-boyfriend Ryan Weymouth tattooed, before covering it up with a new floral inking. 

For the outing, Daisy appeared happier than ever and looked stunning as she showed off her incredible figure in a chic ensemble.

Daisy, who has recently lost an impressive 10-stone, cut a stylish figure in a blue bomber jacket and black flared trousers, which she styled with white trainers.

She fixed a pair of dark shades on top of her blonde tresses and appeared to be in jovial spirits as she smiled and chatted with Anthony.

The couple put on a very loved-up display as they were seen walking hand-in-hand during their sweet daytime date.

Anthony cut a casual figure in a navy jumper and cream cargo trousers, which he styled with comfortable black walking shoes.

Daisy and Anthony met on the dating app Hinge and welcomed their son Benji in June, a year after they first moved in together.

Last month, sources revealed the couple had taken the next step in their relationship and are set to tie the knot after secretly getting engaged. 

The This Country star also appeared to let slip the news in a post on Instagram Stories, where she referred to Anthony as ‘her fiancé’.

In a video promoting her BBC series Am I Being Unreasonable?, Daisy told fans her ‘fit fiance and baby daddy’ Anthony would make a cameo in the show.

Anthony, who has two children from a previous relationship, is a DJ on the Bristol night scene and plays club shows under the moniker Fuse One.

Daisy also has two children, daughter Pip, seven, and son Jack, four, with her ex-husband Will Weston.

After welcoming her son Benji last year, Daisy revealed she doesn’t want anymore children after her ‘terrible experience’ with childbirth.

She told Closer: ‘No way. Oh my God, it was terrible. It was so scary having him seven weeks premature.

‘I don’t think I’ve quite processed it. It’s one of those things that five years down the line I’ll think… “F***, how did we get through that?”‘

The actress started dating the chef in December 2021 after she split from her husband Will in July 2021 after two years of marriage.

During their whirlwind romance, Daisy got Ryan’s name tattooed on her finger and the pair sparked engagement rumours in March 2022 when she wore a ring on her wedding finger.
