She may be one of the most pH๏τographed celebrities in the world due, in part, to her reality show and array of entrepreneurial enterprises.
But Kim Kardashian has also been known to lend her support for a number of non-profit causes, including Tuesday’s launch event for The Promise Insтιтute For Human Rights at UCLA.
Before her arrival, The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was spotted looking conservatively glamorous during a pit stop at a convenience store in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Looking casual and relaxed, Kim K strutted through a gas station parking lot decked out in loose-fitting black pants that flared at the bottoms.
The matching jacket, which gave a small hint of her cleavage, had a double-breasted design but with just one ʙuттon near the waistline.
She rounded out her sleek ensemble with pointed shoes and wore her raven tresses long and flowing well past the middle of her back and with a part in the middle.
The cosmetics and clothing line mogul was in the store for a short amount of time and then reappeared for the walk back to her vehicle.
A short time later she arrived at the much-anticipated launch event.
The UCLA School Of Law received a $20 million gift to launch the insтιтute back in 2017, from the proceeds of the 2017 film The Promise, which was set during the Armenian genocide that began in 1915.
The movie starred Oscar Issac, Charlotte Le Bon and Christian Bale.
Bale, Armenian actress Angela Sarafyan and Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul were among the high-profile stars that also attended the launch event.
The new insтιтute will serve as a national hub for human rights education and advocacy.
