Rita Ora and husband Taika Waiтιтi appeared smitten in coordinated outfits as she gave an insight into their romantic dates with an album shared on Monday.

The singer, 34, confessed that the movie director, 49, was her ‘heart’ as she confessed her love on Instagram.

In one snap, Rita and Taika linked arms as they went for a stroll wearing yellow and pink caps.

In another, the star looked casual. She wore yellow sunglᴀsses and red shorts for a mirror selfie, which featured her husband rolling up his jeans.

Later in their day date, Rita took a picture of her man sitting at a restaurant table wearing a casual white T-shirt.

And to round off their outing, Taika looked a touch more sophisticated in a black polo shirt as Rita sneaked a picture of him while they enjoyed a romantic dinner out.

Alongside the snaps, she penned: ‘My heart. I love you. ❤️’   

The couple wed in a secret ceremony in August 2022, after Rita bucked tradition and popped the question.

Their low-key Los Angeles ceremony wasn’t confirmed by the couple until a year later, which Rita told Grazia they ‘winged with zero planning’.

After years of not being in the right relationship during her ‘messy twenties’, Rita said that when she got together with Taika it felt ‘right and safe’.

Reflecting on her past, she told the publication last year: ‘My love life has been colourful, to say the least. But how wicked is it that we can make those choices for ourselves?.

She added: I was groggy all the time [during her twenties]. I wanted to feel awake and that my brain was switched on. 

Rita continued: ‘What makes me go ‘urgh’ is when people pour so much responsibility into somebody else to make themselves feel how they want to feel. 

‘That’s a disaster, a car crash. You’ll always be unsatisfied, I was that person.’

Rita and Taika started dating in March 2021, before going public with their romance that August. Prior to their romantic relationship, Rita and Taika were close friends for five years.
