Rihanna put on a trendy display as she arrived at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica for a night out on Friday.

The Barbadian singer, 37, cut a stylish figure in a pair of wide leg blue jeans which she paired with an oversized black bomber jacket. 

She layered her garment over a plunging burgundy top and slipped into a pair of  towering stilettos to complete her look.

To accessorise, the Umbrella hitmaker toted around her belongings in a small black leather handbag.

For the outing, she styled her shiny raven tresses into a sleek bob and framed her face with orange-tinted shades.

She enjoyed an evening out at Giorgio Baldi – a luxurious family-run Italian spot near the ocean which serves seafood and pastas.

Rihanna enjoyed some much-needed time off as she has been busy in recent weeks launching her new Fenty x Puma collaboration. 

She seems to be focusing on her fashion projects after it was reported that she has cancelled her comeback shows just days before they were due to be announced.

Rihanna had been rumoured to be planning a six-concert residency in London in July to mark her long-awaited return to music.

The news delighted fans after she confirmed that production on her first album in nine years is underway.

However, according to The Sun, the musician has now pulled out of the gig, which would have been at West Ham’s London Stadium.

According to the outlet, she didn’t think her new music was ready and bosses are now trying to change her mind.

A music insider shared: ‘Rihanna hasn’t toured in over eight years and the plan to get her back on stage has been ongoing for at least three. 

‘She had been eager to get back to it because the demand is certainly there, but she got cold feet.

‘It doesn’t feel like the right time and she dropped the bombshell last week that she doesn’t want to go ahead with the concerts in July as had been planned.’

Rihanna’s last single was Lift Me Up, which she released in October 2022 for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack. 

But she has not released a full album since 2016’s Anti.

Rihanna as been in a long-term relationship with rapper and businessman A$AP Rocky — with whom she shares sons RZA, two, and Riot, one — since 2020.
