Selena Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco, reportedly took out a $22.75 million loan to purchase their stunning $35 million Spanish-style estate in Beverly Hills.
According to property filings, seen by The U.S. Sun, the couple secured their loan with ‘BMO Bank, N.A., and have until January 1, 2055 to pay it back.’
The lovebirds purchased the home under an LLC which is connected to their respective homes in Hollywood and Encino, which they have not listed just yet.
It is not uncommon for wealthy stars like Gomez, who is worth $1.3 billion, to take out big loans when making large purchases to maintain liquidity, in order to leverage their cash for other investments.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Gomez’s rep for comment, but have not heard back at this time.
They are believed to have already moved into their new home, which boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

According to TMZ, the residence was secured by the lovebirds in December, which is the same month they announced their engagement.
The outlet noted that the sprawling home has a library, spiral staircase, a greenhouse, fitness center, and pool.
And it was reportedly one of the enclave’s most expensive sales of 2024.

Earlier this week, Gomez revealed that she and Blanco are in no rush to get married.
When asked about their wedding plans, the pair revealed to Rolling Stone that they aren’t planning on walking down the aisle just yet.
‘I think every day she’s planned a new wedding in her head,’ Blanco mused. ‘We’re very much “take it one day at a time”-type of people. We’re still not over this moment.’
He, then, added: ‘Literally, while you were talking, she was sitting there staring at her ring.’
Gomez noted that she ‘genuinely’ feels ‘like this is such a special time’ and raved about their upcoming album, I Said I Love You First, which she explained is her ‘main focus right now.’
The pair are currently preparing for the release of their first joint record – which is slated to drop on March 21.

When asked to give details on how the record producer proposed, last month by Interview Magazine, Selena shared that they would save that story for their future children.
‘That I want to save for our kids. It was really sweet and the right things were said,’ the star expressed, with Blanco adding that it had been ‘the sickest surprise.’
The couple also talked about discovering they had feelings for each other after collaborating on music for years.
‘It was really simple. We got in the studio to work on a song and we just talked; that’s how easy it was for me. I liked him before he liked me,’ Gomez shared.
Benny admitted that he initially didn’t know that the actress liked him and explained, ‘The second time we hung out, our second date, I was like, “Wait, does she like me?” I was clueless.’

‘From then on, it was easy. You know when you think you met the right person, you’re like, “Oh my God.” But it feels so different. The second we started hanging out, I was like, “This is my wife.” I was telling my mom, “This is the girl I’m going to marry.'”
The two stars also discussed how they are each other’s biggest supporters and Blanco gushed, ‘Now I worship the ground she walks on and I feel like she’s the same way to me.’
‘There’s no ego between us. She’s praying for me to win and I’m praying for her to win. And I wake up in the morning – I know she does the same thing – and I’m like, “How can I make her life better?”‘ he said.
‘Holding her isn’t close enough. I want to be inside of her whole body. I just feel a thing for her that I can’t even explain. I’m so sappy,’ Blanco further added.
He then added, ‘I’m so scared she’s just going to wake up and be like, “What? No,”‘ and Selena sweetly replied with, ‘You’re stuck with me.’

In regards to creating the album, Benny explained, ‘We also just made it in this house. We weren’t going to a studio every day. I’d be like, “Hey, I have this cool chord thing.” Then she’d come in.’
‘We weren’t like, “Today’s the studio. We’re going to write this song and that.” So many times it was so hodgepodge. It was like two hours here, two hours there.’
‘I’d never worked that way with someone. Usually I work that way if I’m by myself, but it was so cool to be able to do that with her,’ he added.
‘It’s transcended into something that’s more of a gift than anything, and I couldn’t be more grateful for it.’
