Sami Sheen broke down in tears after seeing the results of her nose job.

The OnlyFans model had a few tense moments following rhinoplasty surgery performed in August by celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar.

Her mother Denise Richards got a first look then told her 21-year-old mini-me child the new nose was ‘amazing,’ as seen on the Tuesday episode of Denise Richards And Her Wild Things.

When Sheen looked for herself, she became overwhelmed with happiness and shed tears of joy.

‘I’ve wanted this for so long. Oh, my God, it looks so good. This is how I’d FaceTune it. I can’t believe it’s real life now,’ an emotional Sami said.

‘I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headsH๏τs done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. Now I got a good nose.’

The daughter of the Wild Things actress and ex-husband Charlie Sheen also expressed anxiety during the drive to the doctor’s office with her mom.

‘I’m just so nervous,’ Sami admitted during the episode of the Bravo reality series. ‘What if it’s too skinny, I don’t know. I hope he did the right amount.’

She then admitted, ‘Getting my boobs done, I didn’t need it. I did it because I wanted big boobs, but this is going to change my whole life.’

During a confessional, Sami revealed how she would ‘spend hours and hours and hours editing’ her nose in pH๏τos, and at times went as far as to not post certain pH๏τos of herself because she felt it looked ‘huge.’  

‘I wanted to rip it off myself,’ she said of her frustration over the years while working her social media platforms.

Richards, 54, seemed a bit uneasy with her daughter’s honesty, responding, ‘Really? I loved your nose,’ for which Sami sH๏τ back, ‘Well, it’s gone forever. Thank God.’

The reality star would go on to ask her mother to look at the results first when she sat in the examination chair in the doctor’s office..

‘I need you to be so honest with me before I see it. I’m so scared,’ the actress said with obvious anxiety.

Richards said she was ‘happy’ for Sami, and that she was able to empathize with her daughter’s need to alter her appearance; the actress is seen with daughters Lola and Sami

And then, after her mother complimented the surgeon’s work and her beauty, Sami started crying those happy tears the very moment she saw her new nose.

During her own confessional, Denise said that she was ‘happy’ for Sami, while also sharing how she ultimately was able to empathize with her daughter’s need to alter her appearance.

‘It’s so hard as a mom, because I definitely don’t think that Sami knows how other people see her and how beautiful she is,’ The World Is Not Enough star added. ‘I had to go back to my 19-year-old self when I had surgery and remember how I felt at that time. I now really understand how much it means to her to have this done. I do think, for her, she made the right decision.’

Sami went on to describe her post-surgery reveal as ‘the best day of my life.’
