John Cena has been branded Hollywood’s most charitable celebrity after making history by granting over 650 wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The actor and wrestler, 47, has been working with the charity since 2002 and become their ‘most requested celebrity’ to meet for children between the ages of three and 18 using the charity to fulfil their dreams.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a nonprofit organisation that helps fulfill the wishes of seriously ill children.
While other celebs like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Selena Gomez also work with the charity, John is one of only a handful of stars to grant over 200 wishes, meeting critically-ill kids all around the United States.
He previously said: ‘If you ever need me for this ever, I don’t care what I’m doing, I will drop what I’m doing and be involved because I think that’s the coolest thing,’ the Mᴀssachusetts-born muscleman told Reuters when he reached 500 wishes’.
‘I just drop everything. If I can offer a fantastic experience, I’ll be first in line to do my part.’

The actor, 52, who voices Maui in the franchise, also took his daughters Tiana, six, and Jasmine, eight, along for the heartwarming day.
He shared a video of the experience with his 395 million Instagram followers and gushed that it’s the ‘best part of fame’.

The Rock gave out hugs and played games like rock paper scissors and arm-wrestling with the kids, while introducing them to his daughters.
One parent of a 15-year-old called Patrick gushed: ‘I’m really happy for Patrick to have this opportunity. It means a lot because during that time when he was going through a difficult time, it was an inspiration that The Rock existed.
