YouTuber P2istheName’s death is still a mystery to investigators, days after he was found ᴅᴇᴀᴅ in his mailroom in Los Angeles on Friday.

Although the details surrounding his death remain scarce, TMZ reported that authorities ‘do not suspect foul play.’

According to law enforcement sources, the social media star (born Philip Enewally) reportedly ‘collapsed on the ground in front of mailboxes at his L.A. apartment building.’

Per the outlet, ‘the property manager discovered P2istheName and phoned 911, prompting police and paramedics to respond.’ 

While paramedics ‘performed life-saving measures’ on P2istheName, they were unable to ‘revive him and he was pronounced ᴅᴇᴀᴅ at the scene.’ 

At this time, his death is believed to have been from natural causes.

There were no immediate signs of drugs or alcohol on the scene. 

TMZ’s sources also noted that Los Angeles County Coroner has conducted an autopsy and are awaiting toxicology results.

On Saturday, his mother confirmed his pᴀssing and asked for privacy as her family grieves.

She encouraged fans to visit his channel to honor his memory.

Following the news, fellow YouTuber COLETHEMAN paid tribute to Enewally on social media, remembering him as a generous friend.

‘My good friend @P2istheName has pᴀssed away… wow. I’m honestly at a loss for words. He was always so kind to me and gave me so much content creation advice. May he rest in peace. This breaks my heart,’ he tweeted.

P2istheName’s last YouTube video was uploaded about two weeks ago.

In a previous post, he mentioned plans to move from Los Angeles to Atlanta.

Notably, he also found success outside of YouTube with his clothing brand, DontMindUs.

In many of his final uploads from Los Angeles, he was seen frequenting mailrooms and shipping centers, having completely sold out his entire inventory. 

Enewally gained a mᴀssive following through his NBA 2K and Fortnite gaming videos.

He later expanded into broader gaming content, including Let’s Play walkthroughs.

The star also shared glimpses of his life with his four million subscribers, including videos like one where he took fans through ‘a day in the life of a young Black millionaire’ in Los Angeles.

While his recent uploads averaged between 20,000 and 60,000 views, he once attracted millions of viewers per video.

Fans showed their love and support online, with one writing, ‘This man was my childhood, I still can’t believe ts is real. May he rest in peace.’

Another shared, ‘Never been touched by a celebrity’s death like this one.’

Yet another simply posted, ‘rip to a youtube legend.’

Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances of his death.
