Chrissy Teigen is continuing to improve her health after previously cutting out alcohol and smoking cigarettes.
And now, the 39-year-old cookbook author has revealed she has also given up vaping.
Teigen, who shares four kids with husband John Legend, took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to share a screensH๏τ from an app that tracks how many days she’s been without e-cigarettes.
A green message notification read, ‘You’ve been vape-free for 14 days, 22 hours and 31 seconds.’
She captioned, ‘I know, I know, it’s always something with me, but I’m sooo happy to not be tethered to this f***ing BEAST anymore!!!’
It comes two weeks after she admitted in an interview with Access Hollywood that she had been an ‘on-and-off’ cigarette smoker for many years.

‘I’m just furiously chewing Nicotine gum tonight,’ she said. ‘Don’t smoke! Smoking’s bad. Stop now if you can. I’ve been an on-and-off smoker for too long,’ she told the outlet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
The Sports Illustrated model declared that she has finally quit ‘for the last time’ after struggling to kick the habit in the past.

‘I have stopped for the last time and I’m very proud of myself but I’m also extremely on edge!’ she confessed.
Teigen shares daughter Luna, nine in April, Miles, six, Esti, two, and Wren, one, with John.
She initially quit drinking in late November 2020 and announced just days ahead of the 2021 New Year that she had reached four weeks alcohol-free.
Teigen embarked on the journey as a way to heal following the loss of her son ‘Jack’ that September.
At the time, she was forced to terminate the pregnancy due to partial placenta abruption at just 20 weeks.

‘Today is my 50 day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet!,’ she said online.
Chrissy has been open about her complicated relationship with alcohol in the past and has a history of alcohol abuse in her family, but confessed to the possibility of drinking again some day.
The Utah native continued at the time: ‘I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night.’
In 2022 she celebrated her one-year milestone of sobriety, writing on social media that she felt ‘really good.’
‘While I honestly STILL don’t know if I’ll never have a drink again, I do know I never want to be that way again. And for now, none is best. I’ll let the bad dreams come up and try to sort them out in therapy, without booze,’ she elaborated.
