Rosie Williams has revealed the results of her latest tweakment transformation as she tried to reverse ‘years of accumulated filler’.
The Love Island star, 33, who rose to fame on the 2018 series, was being filmed by her doctor while having her latest facial procedures.
In the clinic clip shared to Instagram on Friday, the ITV personality was shown having all her old filler dissolved.
The technician then sculpted her face shape with new filler before she enjoyed a session of micro needling.
She has been dissolving her old facial features since August 2023 and has now revealed the drastic differences.

Alongside the pictures, the Dr wrote: ‘Glowing up from the inside out ✨ It’s been an incredible journey with @rosieawilliams.
‘When Rosie first came to me in August 2023, she had years of accumulated filler from multiple pracтιтioners.
‘We started with a session of Hyalase to strip everything back and create a fresh canvas. Once we dissolved the filler in her lips and cheeks, we could begin carefully adding volume in just the right places, balancing her features beautifully.
‘Now, Rosie is at maintenance level—every area is perfectly balanced and only requires a touch-up once or twice a year to keep everything looking its best.
‘Next, we turned our attention to her skin. With microneedling paired with exosomes, her results speak for themselves—glowy, radiant and flawless!’
Her doctor, Dr. Roshan Ravindran, told The Sun that when he first started Rosie ‘had years of accumulated filler from multiple pracтιтioners.’
Rosie also told the outlet, Dr. Rosh ‘saved’ her face.
‘I used to look in the mirror and wonder why my face was so swollen, so puffy, why it was wide, why I didn’t feel myself anymore,’ Rosie admitted.

It comes two years after she revealed the results of her secret hair transplant after undergoing the procedure two years ago.
She told fans she made the decision after she didn’t ‘recognise’ herself anymore due to ‘chunks of hair’ falling out.
She has suffered with hair thinning and bald patched due to ‘years of personal stress’ which has had a major impact on her mental health.
She explained: ‘Unfortunately, over the last couple of years my overall hair health has continued to deteriorate. I can only put it down to the amount of stress I’ve been under for personal reasons.

‘My hair has continued to thin and I’m experiencing bald patches, the overall hairline has completely changed shape and I don’t even recognise myself anymore.
‘What upsets me the most is that every time I wash my hair, I end up sitting on the floor in tears with chunks of wet hair in my hands that have come out of my scalp and I have no idea why.’
The former solicitor rose to fame on the 2018 series of Love Island, where she was coupled up with Adam Collard before being dumped.
She said: ‘Hair loss isn’t something I would wish on anybody, It’s completely impacted my overall happiness and confidence – and following Love Island I was blessed enough to have a lovely following on Instagram that I no longer wish to share myself with because I’m so embarrᴀssed of my hair.’
