This former child star was spotted walking his beloved dog in Los Angeles this week.

Now age 52, his decades-spanning career is one to commend, but he is perhaps renowned for one of his earliest roles: the 1986 adventure classic movie, Stand By Me.

One of his most recent roles was playing a fictionalized version of himself on The Big Bang Theory. 

His most well-known and recognizable roles is the one he played in the 1990 reboot movie Star Trek and the series spinoff, Star Trek: The Next Generation. 

These days the father of two adult children is almost unrecognizable with a beard.

This week, he enjoyed the sunny weather in California as he took his pooch Marlowe out on a stroll.

The actor here is Wil Wheaton, who starred as wunderkind Wesley Crusher in the Star Trek franchise.

As a self-professed ‘weird kid,’ he played Gordie Lachance in Stand By Me. 

In the movie, he starred alongside Joaquin Phoenix’s late brother River Phoenix as well as Richard Dreyfuss, Corey Feldman, Jerry O’Connell and Kiefer Sutherland. 

He previously said his now-estranged parents forced him into acting with that first role and later claimed they stole his childhood earnings and abused him as a young kid.

Last year, he announced that he would be retiring from screen acting but would continue to work as a voice actor. 

He is a voiceover talent, who has brought to life characters for shows including Family Guy and Teen тιтans as well as for video games like Grand Theft Auto and Fallout. 

During his stroll this week, he sported a graphic T-shirt with text advocating for the rights of transgender youths and showed off the colorful tattoo sleeves. 

He paired his shirt with casual jeans, black sneakers and a pair of brown-tinted sunglᴀsses for their walk.

The day before, he was also seen on a walk with his dog in a more bundled up outfit and with a serious expression on his face. 

The writer sported a black hoodie with a rainbow LA Kings design on the front and on the sleeves. 

He sported his same brown-tinted sunglᴀsses with the addition of a cozy, black beanie on his head. 

Wheaton also donned what appeared to be an identical pair of jeans and the same shoes as she walked alongside his dog in a coat. 

He has been married to Anne Wheaton, 55, since 1999.

The couple live in Arcadia with their sons Ryan and Nolan — whom the hairstylist had from a past relationship before Wheaton later adopted them as his own.
