Andrew Le Page risked an awkward run-in with his ex-girlfriend Tasha Ghouri as he touched down in Dubai on Friday.

The estate agent, 30, and the Strictly star, 26, shocked fans when they decided to end their relationship earlier this year after falling in love on Love Island in 2022.

However, he almost crossed paths with Tasha as he jetted off to Dubai just days after she was in the city for a lavish girls’ trip.

Taking to his Instagram Stories on Friday morning, Andrew shared a shirtless bathroom selfie with his followers, revealing his current location.

Flaunting his muscly physique in just a bathroom towel, he captioned the post: ‘Holiday mode re activated’ and tagged Dubai as his location.

Former real estate agent Andrew is a regular in the United Arab Emirates, having previously worked at Better Homes in Dubai before rising to fame on Love Island.

His post came just days after Tasha flooded her Instagram feed with sun-soaked pH๏τographs of herself enjoying a girls’ trip in Dubai.

However, she now appears to be back in the UK as she took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to share a sweet picture of her dog Luna, who she shares with Andrew. 

The star captioned the post with: ‘Best cuddles (love heart emoji).’

Andrew recently revealed his devastation as he told how he was moving back to his family home in the Channel Islands following his and Tasha’s split.

The reality TV star has moved out of the home he shared with Tasha and they have put their property renovation Instagram account, Le Page Properties, ‘on hold’. 

In a recent post, Andrew wrote: ‘End of an era. So guys it’s been a pretty start to the year and one I didn’t expect. However life goes on and I’m doing everything in my power to say positive.

‘All the support has meant the world. I’ve cried more this year than I have my whole life.

‘@lepageproperties is on hold for now but I will be looking for a new project soon so keep your eyes peeled.’

However, she now appears to be back in the UK as she took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to share a sweet picture of her dog Luna, who she shares with Andrew 

To his dog Luna, he promised: ‘I’ll get you a new garden to play in I promise. Back to Guernsey now… I’ll be back.’

Tasha broke her silence on their split earlier this month, hitting back at trolls sending her ‘horrible comments’ and accusing her of ‘taking’ Luna from Andrew.

The dancer explained that while Andrew is back home in Guernsey, she will look after their dog Luna until he returns to the UK.

Taking to Snapchat, the star responded to a comment which read: ‘Really hopes Andrew gets to see Luna too.’

Tasha wrote: ‘Since there’s so many horrible messages I’ve got about taking Luna off Andrew – first off, she is our dog who we got together.’

‘He is in Guernsey & decided to leave Luna here with me as he couldn’t take her, it wasn’t ideal. When he’s found a place back in the UK, we will be working out a way for both of us to see her.’

She continued: ‘I didn’t want to comment on this but when I’m getting messages saying I’m horrible person, scum, etc. I have to put my foot down.’

Addressing the split, she continued: ‘No-one knows what went on in our relationship behind closed doors.’

‘Break-ups happen in life. Just because ours is in the ‘public eye’ doesn’t make it any different,’ she added.

‘Spread kindness – also to Andrew because he’s also been getting messages. Thank you. I won’t be answering any more on our relationship and Luna.’

Their split came as a shock to fans after Andrew was seen supporting Tasha in the audience while she was starring on Strictly Come Dancing at the end of last year.

Tasha previously addressed the situation on her Snapchat while walking their dog Luna. 

She told fans: ‘Hi everyone. Just on a walk. I know a lot of you are asking me a lot of questions and want to know what has been going on.’

‘I won’t be speaking on the situation – it’s a private side of my life which I’m still dealing with internally and mentally.’

Tasha added: ‘It’s private for me and as much as I do want to share it with you all, one day I will, but I’m still processing everything that has happened and going on.’

‘I hope you can all understand on why I’ve not spoken out on the situation.’

While Tasha hasn’t explicitly addressed the reasons for the pair’s split, she appeared to hint at the reason in a recent cryptic Instagram post as she related to a quote about feeling ‘alone’ in a relationship.

Within a day of the Single Awareness Day post, Tasha gave it a like, hinting that she had felt this feeling before.

Earlier this year, her mother Nicky Young also appeared to shed light on the reason for the split by ‘liking’ fans’ comments speculating about the relationship.

One such comment read: ‘Sometimes relationships just don’t work out. We’re not in their lives so we don’t know the reasons.’

‘Sometimes people can just outgrow each other or not be as driven or want different out of life and much more. They can try to keep it together but then it can be much worse.’
