She said: ‘I really love my body and the way it is right now. There’s something very awkward about women and their breasts because men look at them so much.

‘When they’re huge, you become very self-conscious. Your back hurts. You find that whatever you wear, you look heavy in. It’s uncomfortable.’

Breast reduction surgery is done to reduce the size and weight of a woman’s breasts, and involves removing fat, tissue and skin from the chest.

Genes, hormones and body shape and size may determine how large a woman’s breasts are – usually they are in proportion to the rest of the body but some women’s may be exceptionally large.

‘If you have your health, then you can focus on so many other things — including beauty. But it really is the most important thing of all.’

In 2022, she also said she does not get injectables like Botox.

Drew previously vowed to show her daughters that ageing is a ‘luxury’.

She said at the time: ‘I’m now determined more than ever to show my daughters that ageing is a luxury. If we’re lucky, we are all going to age.
