The sweet duo joined their star dad for his cooking show on Channel 5 last month and their parents posted an adorable behind-the-scenes video of the shoot on Instagram.
Their father was a member of a supremely popular boy band who sH๏τ to fame after coming second on the 2008 series of The X Factor.
The group bagged a whopping five number one singles and were recognised with two Brit Awards before disbanding in 2013.
He then went on to present a series of shows, focusing particularly on his interest in farming, and spend time with his growing family.

The pair did not appear camera-shy in the slightest as they stared confidently down the lens and told viewers of Cooking with The Gills what they would be serving up.
Shortly after, a proud JB announced the second series of the popular series, which is also hosted by his wife Chloe, promising tastier dishes and more laughs than ever before.
In a behind-the-scenes update to fans on social media, the JLS star and Chiara said: ‘BTS Cooking with The Gills Series 2! We hope you loved it!
‘Make sure you tune in tomorrow same time for ep. 2 ❣️
‘Mᴀssive thankyou to the whole team for an amazing new series.’
The cute clip saw Ace and Chiara getting ready for their stint on TV, flicking through the script and getting their hair perfected ahead of the broadcast.
Chiara said: ‘This is our kitchen café.’

And Ace added: ‘That’s my dad JB, my sister Chiara, and my mum Chloe. Sometimes she annoys me though.’
Last week, Strictly Come Dancing star JB hit out at Rachel Reeves’s move to impose inheritance tax on Britain’s farmers.
The JLS singer, who owns a £1.5million farm in Kent, accused the government of failing to understand that the new tax will be ‘hugely impactful’ on the ‘under supported, under-represented’ sector.

JB said he backed farmers’ protests against the Chancellor’s plan to levy 20 per cent inheritance tax on agriculture ᴀssets worth more than £1million.
He told the Mail on Sunday: ‘The government perhaps don’t understand just how impactful the farm farming industry is to all of us.
‘I think it’s something that’s important – here in the UK, we have such high welfare standards when it comes to producing food that we really do have to support it and back British as much as possible.
‘You’ve got a very small number of people who are producing a great deal of food for quite a large population and with things like the inheritance tax, it really does feel like there’s no support out there.’
