Tyla couldn’t keep the smile off her face as she nabbed the sought-after front row seat beside Anna Wintour during Chanel’s Paris Fashion Week show on Tuesday.

The South African singer, 23, joined the star-studded guest list for the womenswear show which included supermodel Naomi Campbell and actress Jessica Alba.

But Tyla nabbed one of the best seats in the house as she was positioned right beside fashion icon Anna, 75, on the front row at the Grand Palais.

She flashed a smile as she proudly sat beside the Vogue editor-in-chief to get an exclusive glimpse at the brand’s fall 2025/2026 collection.

Tyla’s seating was no doubt because she was British Vogue’s March 2025 cover star, marking her first time ever on the prestigious magazine’s cover.

She became the first South African artist to grace the cover of British Vogue with her huge achievement, and she has heaped her thanks on Anna for the opportunity.

Tyla laughed with the longtime Vogue editor, who appeared in a very animated discussion with her ahead of the show 

Stepping out alongside Anna for the Chanel show, Tyla put on a very leggy display in a stylish pink co-ord set, made up of a mini skirt, strapless top and cropped blazer.

The fashionista gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of black heels and accessorised her ensemble in a statement silver Chanel necklace.

Meanwhile, Anna looked sophisticated in a grey knitted co-ord set embellished with metallic gold detailing and an array of red beads.

She teamed her eye-catching ensemble with a white T-shirt and added to her frame with a pair of snakeskin patterned heeled boots.

Anna accessorised with chunky jewelled gold necklaces and sported her signature shades to complete her stylish outfit.

The Grand Palais, where the latest collection was unveiled, is a historic venue that has been the setting for Chanel shows for decades. 

It is the final day of Paris Fashion Week and Saint Laurent will bring things to a close later in the day, following the Chanel and Miu Miu presentations.

Last year, French-Belgian designer Matthieu Blazy became the creative director of Chanel after leaving Bottega Veneta.

But fashion fans will not see the first offering from Matthieu until October during the Spring 2026 season. 

The night before the Chanel show, Tyla had enjoyed a fun-filled night out in Paris to celebrate her Vogue cover.

Tyla was joined by the likes of Ice Spice, Alexa Chung and British Vogue’s head of editorial content Chioma Nnadi at Bar des Prés Paris for the celebrations. 

She took to her Instagram Stories to document the party, where she enjoyed canapes, danced the night away with her guests and even took to the microphone.

For the occasion, Tyla put on a glamorous display in a quirky denim mini dress with puffed sleeves and a white layered skirt.

She teamed her chic ensemble with black stockings and stiletto heels and appeared to be in jovial spirits as she celebrated her British Vogue cover debut. 

Taking to Instagram to share snaps from the night, Tyla thanked Anna and the British Vogue team for making her dreams come true.
