Kerry Katona has shared her shock U-turn on having breast reduction surgery – after losing weight following her split from fiancé Ryan Mahoney.

The former Atomic Kitten, 44, said last week that she was imminently going to be going for breast reduction surgery as she bemoaned her ‘saggy’ breasts

She showed off her incredible two-stone weight loss last month which she says came as a result of her being single again.

And now she has plans for a fourth boob job, telling The Mirror: ‘I just want my own boobs back. I don’t want mᴀssive boobs or anything really fake, just my boobs again!’ 

‘I’ve noticed this happens when I’m single – I seem to lose weight every time and then I put it back on when I’m with someone.

‘I’d like them a bit bigger and an uplift, something that looks natural.’

However earlier this week she said she was actually planning breast reduction surgery.

Taking to her social media story after a home workout, she said: ‘Good morning everybody. The muscles are building up, I’m getting there.

‘But I’m ᴅᴇᴀᴅ excited because today I’m off to Pall Mall [Cosmetics] for a consultation for my boobs.

‘Seriously, I lie down and I look like a nine-year-old boy. Take my bra off, I trip over my nipples.’

Wearing a grey ribbed vest and her blonde locks up in a bun, the singer said: ‘It’s health and safety. I walk around my house in a hard hat and a visibility jacket. 

‘So I decided it’s got to be done just for my own health and safety, people. Pall Mall, I’ll see you later today guys.’

In January, Kerry confirmed she’s cancelled her lower facelift following the results of her best pal Katie Price’s surgery.

She previously revealed that she had planned the cosmetic procedure for that month and was ‘excited’ to go under the knife.

Now she has plans for a fourth boob job, telling The Mirror: ‘I just want my own boobs back. I don’t want mᴀssive boobs or anything really fake, just my boobs again!’

But since close friend Katie, 46, returned home with a new face, it appears Kerry has decided against it.

Kerry, who just last year had a corrective nose operation, also admitted she had a change of heart and called off the operation after her children begged her not to go through with it.

She wrote in her new! magazine column: ‘I just don’t think now is the right time. My eldest three girls really didn’t want me to do it, they were begging me not to, saying, ‘Please don’t’.

‘I knew they didn’t want me to, so that mᴀssively impacted my decision. It is hard for the kids to see me recovering – that’s why I stay at my mum’s after surgery so they aren’t exposed to it. The results are always amazing but I’m just not there yet.’

Kerry, is a mother to Molly, 23, Lilly, 23, from her marriage to Brian McFadden, Heidi, 17, and Max, 16, with second husband Mark Croft and youngest child, DJ, 10, with her late husband, George Kay.

Speaking further about while she cancelled the facelift, Kerry explained how the recovery period would have been really ‘tough’ as she recalled her struggle to recover from her recent nose surgery as ‘the most horrendous thing’.

She said: ‘It’s tough emotionally while recovering because you look so different and it’s hard to get your head around. 

‘I had to get it done medically and it wasn’t just a vanity choice, but It was really hard. I did get a bit scared, I don’t think I’m ready to do something else now.’

She added that she doesn’t have the ‘time’ for a lengthy recovery at the moment as ‘everything is so busy’.

While she’s not planning on going under the knife just yet, Kerry remarked that she has instead opted for some non-surgical tweaks, revealing that she’s recently had Botox while she plans to also have invisible filler.

At age 44, the singer insisted that she’s ‘definitely enтιтled’ to get some tweaks if she wants to, declaring she has ‘no shame’ in it. 

And while she’s cancelled her surgery for now, Kerry remarked that she hasn’t ruled it out in the future.
