Abby Lee Miller of Dance Moms fame has accused singer Tate McRae of snubbing her at a Los Angeles restaurant.
The dancer teacher, 59, said about the 21-year-old pop star, ‘I don’t know her that well, I just know her [enough] to say “hello.”‘
‘I just saw her at Craig’s having dinner a couple weeks ago,’ Miller shared with Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea podcast host Danny Murphy, adding that McRae ‘didn’t even look at me.’
‘She had her nose in the air,’ the outspoken dance coach — known for her straightforward criticisms — recalled.
Before becoming a chart-topping music artist, Tate was a talented dancer who appeared as a finalist on So You Think You Can Dance in 2016.
Her journey overlapped with Miller’s, whose students competed in her dance community.

In the footage, the Sports Car hitmaker beat out some of the Dance Moms performers, Maddie Ziegler included.

Abby defended her troupe, explaining, ‘We did dances in two days, and the kids weren’t in class properly.’
Giving more insight, she noted, ‘Tate probably worked on that dance for about six months before the compeтιтion, and then [did] the same routine at every compeтιтion.’
The feisty instructor, who now hosts the reality series Mad House, bragged that her girls ‘did a different [routine]’ each week.
‘Nobody ever did what we did,’ she proudly remembered. ‘We did 637 numbers.’
McRae’s slight didn’t stop Abby from giving her professional praise.
‘I think that it’s great that she can whack her leg up there while she’s [singing],’ she said about the singing sensation’s signature choreography.

‘It shows that you have to do everything. You have to be a triple threat — she’ll be acting next, probably,’ Miller predicted.
