An Oscar-nominated actress looked unrecognizable while shooting a scene for Dexter: Resurrection on Monday in New York City.

Kill Bill star Uma Thurman, 54-year-old, was spotted in character as Charley, who is Leon Prater’s head of security in the upcoming show.

Thurman, whose daughter Maya Hawke has followed her footsteps into acting, was clad in a green turtleneck and high-waisted black trousers.

And despite having a head of golden hair herself, the longtime performer wore a bone-straight, blonde, bob wig with a side part during her work day.

The look was rounded out with a gun holster, dark sunglᴀsses, and black leather boots.

Uma’s casting was announced in late January via ᴅᴇᴀᴅline.

The outlet reported that her character, as a former Special Ops officer, ‘worked various high-level private security jobs.’

Charley was further described ‘as the resourceful and meticulous right-hand woman for Prater.’

The Golden Globe-winning actress is the franchise’s biggest guest star to date; John Lithgow, Julia Stiles, and Colin Hanks have also appeared on the series.

It was announced last year at San Diego Comic Con that Michael C. Hall would reprise his тιтular role.

Hall also returned as the inner voice of Dexter on Original Sin, which premiered in December and wrapped with a February 14 season finale.

In the show, Patrick Gibson played the killer as he began his career at Miami Metro.

He continued, ‘While Dexter: Resurrection will appeal to the tens of millions of longtime fans, Dexter: Original Sin will introduce a whole new generation of viewers into this iconic series by starting from the beginning, which is sure to satisfy existing audiences as well.’

In January Michael made an appearance on Showtime’s Instagram account to plug the new installation.

‘Hey, what’s up? It’s Michael C. Hall. I am on the set for the first official day of production for Dexter: Resurrection,’ he told the platform’s nearly 600,000 followers.

‘I’m looking forward to another thrill ride, and when all is said and done, to you taking the ride with us. Stay tuned,’ the actor teased in a video.

Viewers will have to wait to see what’s in store on Resurrection, as an official synopsis has not yet been shared.
