A pop star has channelled Sharon Osbourne in an uncanny fancy dress outfit for a fun-filled night out.

The English singer, 33, took to Instagram on Thursday to show off his hilarious costume as he pulled out all the stops to resemble the TV personality, 72.

He left fans in sтιтches as he shared pH๏τographs of himself sporting a white shirt and black tweed jacket, worn with a sweeping maxi skirt.

The star – who has appeared on The X Factor, on which Sharon was a judge – gave himself a few extra inches in pointed black heels and toted a small black handbag.

He sported a pair of oversized shades and completed his look with a red pixie cut wig as he perfectly channelled Sharon’s iconic haircut.

That’s right, it’s Joe McElderry! 

Joe starred on The X Factor when he was just 18 years old back in 2009, beating Stacey Solomon and Olly Murs to the crown.

Though clearly a fan of Sharon’s, she wasn’t a judge during his time on the show, with Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue making up the panel. 

Sharon was a judge from 2004 until 2007, and she briefly returned in 2013 and again in 2016, but then stepped away from the programme for good the following year.

Joe He now looks worlds away from the baby-faced teenager who won the compeтιтion with his rendition of Miley Cyrus’ The Climb.

He recently reminisced about his time on the talent compeтιтion, which catapulted him to fame. 

‘I feel so old, I look so young on there,’ he told Fabulous of his time on the show.

Joe’s debut single – a cover of Miley Cyrus’ The Climb – rose to number one in the UK charts immediately after his X Factor triumph.

Joe often still shares updates of his life on social media for fans – uploading pictures and videos from his concerts and acting gigs.

He recently amazed his fans with his incredible body transformation as he documented his exercise regime on Instagram.

In December, Joe shared a shirtless snap with his followers after completing a gruelling workout session.

He proudly displayed his toned physique as he donned a pair of grey workout shorts and chunky black trainers. 

He captioned the snap with: ‘2025 the year of the workout,’ alongside several emojis as he proudly reflected on his fitness journey.

The singer has worked hard to lose weight and has spoken about his dedication to fitness and diet changes in recent years.
